Hello,
have you been able to successfully submit your application. The Site is very stable now ( from my experience)

No I am still having issues. It doesn't allow more than one file. The error message is "only one file is allowed". But I need to attach my passport page, work experience and qualifications separately as instructed. Please advise if you know how I can achieve this. Am worried because time is not on my side.

Chemist is on MTLSSL[ Anzco code 234211. Assessing body is vetasses. Pls which state is sponsoring chemist. Can't get the new list.
quote author=DatechMan post=58131569]

If you include your masters and get band 7.5 your CRS will soar.
The POF issue hmmm.

Before you ask any more questions. Look up the ANZZCO code that best match your job description and indicate which of the lists it can be found. Also note the assessment body. Refer to Page 0 to 2. Then come back to ask for any further help.

I would advise you go with experience in line with your degree. This will increase your chance of a positive assessment.

Try combining the files (I guess they are in pdf format) into one file and upload it so see if it will go through.
That seem to be the only option given their instruction "only one file is allowed"

My people, I'm yet to fully grasp what point Northern Territory is trying to pass in the attached image. Does it mean that if I intend nominating Customer service manager, I must have held this EXACT position for at least 12 months in the last 2 years or having held a closely related position would do? *** modified

Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by sunvick(m): 12:08am On Jul 05, 2017
It means that from 2015 - 2017, you show have worked or be working in your nominated occupation for at least 1year out of the 2years.

My understanding though from what you pasted.

Yeah, thanks I got the concept but I'm just hoping that it isn't a one-way thing. For instanc, my wife has been in the field for six years but the highest position attained so far is Quality Assurance and Compliance officer and it isn't up to 12 months.

Courier services are very expensive (obviously depending on weight and what you are sending). Cost can range anywhere between 25-50k for documents especially with DHL so if anyone can help, that will save her a lot of money...

The implication is really straightforward... When its time to get citizenship,, the person is likely to hear some VERY funny and VERY unpalatable stories.....

Pretty sure I read that on the website of one of the states.

Basically the same way someone who doesn't stay in the state that sponsored his 489 is extremely unlikely to get his 887 PR visa afterwards

Everyone is encouraged to live and work in the state that sponsored them for at least 2 years as you can never tell. But as Bellong said, for 190, it is a moral obligation. There is no visa condition on the grant that says you must live in a particular state. I believe you would get citizenship irrespective of how you got your PR (spouse, 189, 190, humanitarian etc) once you meet the citizenship requirements.

The case is a bit different when it comes to 489. There is a visa condition 8539 (must stay in specified area) imposed on the visa. This basically means you can live and work in any of the post codes listed as regional areas. For 887, you just need to show rent history for 2 years and work history for 1 year in any of the regional post codes and you are good.

However, I would strongly advise the 489 people to show up in the region that sponsored them for at least 3 - 6 months and try to find work that gives the required full time hours. If this is not working or if you get a better offer somewhere, you can go back to the regional authority and ask for a release letter. I heard (not sure about this) that you cant work in some places in QLD on a 489 visa if you dont have a release letter from the region that sponsored you.
