What in this world made you think he made his wealth as a governor is California. undecided

.Also note that California's annual budget is higher than Nigeria's.

Some were given as loyalty gift e.g hummer H1 which he helped promote the commercial version after it was used during gulf war.

From few comments one could tell how poorly some people reason.

Why compare him with Nigerian politicians?, he worked for his money, was already wealthy before he became a governor, and their political system is transparent enough, so there won't be room for looting like it's done down here.
