Op we shouldn't make much of this even though the edifice is fine and should be replicated.
what caught my attention was the fine private residential buildings in the area. it is cheering owing to the fact that the area is the outskirts of Awka. The only odd structure there is the dilapidated highway which belongs to the federal govt.

Nigeria has failed us! I am for Biafra.
