We hope that they will one day understand that in spite of all these never ending exercises of geopolitical configurations and reconfigurations in Nigeria, Edo and Delta proudly see themselves as a historically distinct and unique people in Nigeria on account of the fact that they were already closely bound by culture pre-colonization and were a region in their own right as at when Nigeria had just four regions and the other 4 SS states were still under Igbos in the Defunct Eastern Region while the Northern minorities were still under the Hausa-Fulanis in the Defunct Northern Region.

I think it would have been more honest of you to have therefore first condemned your brother who first brought Edo into the issue than this your hypocritic stance of focusing the Edo person who merely responded to him. Then by your rather queer logic, Delta State which harbours the manifestly Yoruboid Itshekiri tribe together with Edoid tribes is not as well in the SW like Edo which does not even have any Yoruboid tribe.
So you now want to cohabit with Itshekiris who are the Yorubas of the SS at least according to you people. Then what exactly is your objective? Confused lots of greedy people!
You obviously learned Biafra Geography and not the normal one taught in schools.
The pain you really have with Edo is simply that among the SS states it manifests the most intense disapproval for your proposed ill-intentioned joint SS/SE Biafra Republic. And our reason for opposing it so vehemently is simply the fact that Edo was the first and hardest hit victim of the 1967 Biafra expansionist invasion of southern minorities' domains. If you knew Edo was a SW or NC state, then how come it was the first domain you ironically invaded and tried to annex in 1967? I need answers please.
