PETERiCHY: Im with you on this one! All they are doing is mere propaganda and absolute playing of politics at the upper chamber of affairs especially btw PDP and APC. We'll all see how everything will turn out to be at the end of the day. They care less about how this is affecting the shareholders, investors and the economy as a whole. I wouldn't be surprised if by next week they tell us everything is resolved again and that Oando's book is clean and accurate. |

If Jonathan's regime did not indict oando and even went ahead to approve COP deal, I do not see much coming out of SEC investigation. People dont even consider the likely punishment which might be a fine or even a warning, theM just dey run to go sell others dey de wait at N1. Una go wait til oil finish for naija. |

Mr Brent crude is few cents away from 50 dollars. A good way to end the week and likely a good tonic for NSE next week and certainly more gun powder for Emefiele and his forex reserve. |

I LOVE THIS MARKET- IT WILL RESPOND WELL TO TECHNICAL ANALYSIS AND SOME HISTORICAL SEASONAL FUNDAMENTALS Technical analysis seems to be so good, that it can predict what is currently happening or likely to happen in the nearest future. I will pick up Transcorp, the stock is staying withing the demand levels of 1.20 and 1.43. For this current season, there is likelihood that the expected uptrend movement will materialise, no matter any game the market makers may want to play out. The chart for transcorp that I have posted previously indicating the above demand points still stands. Now to OANDO, I read OANDO's submission to the Senate on the Port Harcourt Refinery matter, the defense was pure political statement. Don't be surprised if the price did not fall as we commoners are anticipating (powerful interests are involved in this company from the North to the South), when I see the unusual volume from the blues, preventing the free fall, I will continue/conclude this my write-up. Another fundamental point here (powerful interests behind a company), if you doubt: what is the difference between Multilinks/Starcoms that are now dead and Etisalat that has just been rescue by the powers that be? I am one of those that will be looking as when the effect of this SEC issue wanes and the uptrend is back again. Chart indicating the 1st support level for OANDQ is below.
