In the field you Claimed you are , are you allowed to disclose patient's problems, Diagnosis or observation to the whole public without their consent? Apparently you hate her so much that you almost sounded as if in cases like this,her professional training as a pharmacist is less than that of a doctor(I assume you mean a medical doctor). Kemi as a pharmacist can make a referral to,not even a GP but a specialist in that area and any area in the field of healthcare and write a cover letter with her signature.
She's not only professionally qualified to refer,she is equally clinically experienced to query the therapeutic plan after referral and may God save you or your family from a medical error that escape the attention and detection of a pharmacist
