You need to understand this Canada technique. It is different from Uk or us where a media person can come for Health admin masters. In as much as we have seen people that cross over fields even in Canada and they are granted visa. That is always not the case.

She clearly stated she study business admin and has experience in office administration. Also she further stated she got admission for PGD Busjness Admin (Perfect) but would be specializing in HR.

The question is, there's no way she can relate HR to her previous study nor experience.

When she orders her GcMs notes, it will give us more info

But looking at all her documents, she nailed it.

It's just my thought, if she can request from the school to defer the admission and if possible she can change concentration, to do a general PGD Buisiness admin. That might be better and might address the HR issue. If not she can still tackle and give a well detailed info on why she's focusing on HR.

Please as I said earlier, The gCMs notes would give better info.

Just my speculation and little experience over here.

I studied Business Management (which offered Human resources as an In-course).

Now I want to further in same Business Administration & mgt majoring in Human resources as other options were Marketing, Finance and Accounting.

So what did you think went wrong? How is it different from my previous background?

Do you think someone would just major in medicine without choosing either Surgery or Radiology?

I explained my reason for a PGD and why HRM in my SOP.

I have no knowledge of money order.

The University representative that contacted ask me to purchase the money order and send it to the Graduate school address but he never provided the account number and name, i asked him but he told me it's not needed.

Please kindly inform with any information you have on money order in Nigeria.

There are questions there that meet their criteria. Also, even if the questions are too specific, there are diplomatic ways they could answer that would give readers the general gist.
There is an archive of previous AMAs by previous government officials for reference; even Barack Obama did one during his tenure.

Keep in mind that they estimated they would be done answering by 4pm EDT (9pm WAT). It's about two hours to that time so what is their excuse?
