Yekpa!!!

I didn't see this coming.

So Dike slept with his sister...hmmm...that is incest in my own book and it's an abomination.

Mama Ejima, thanks for the update.

'wow! I always knew you had something for that pretty pvssy you know' Martins laughed.

Dike frowned 'she's not a pvssy Martins. I'd appreciate if you dont use such words on her'

'i'm sorry your royal highness' He bowed mockingly.

'sorry for yourself'

Martins laughed again 'so how's Dora taking it?'

Dike lowered his drink 'Dora? Which Dora?'

'Dora now, your Dora. Dont try to pretend that girl is head over heels in love with you man. She broke up with her ex because of you. And she has spent all the years she has been living in your house trying to get you to notice her. Just compensate her small. Screw the hell outta her pvssy and let her rest in peace. I dont mean kill her sha' He laughed again.

Dike stared at him in disgust 'sometimes i wonder what part of your body lies your thinking faculty...'

Martins touched his head 'same place i think yours lies. Or is it down there?' He lowered his eyes.

'arggh! You're so annoying'

Martins laughed and opened another bottle 'so why didnt you come with the queen? I mean, Shivani'

'i chose not to come with her. I havent seen her today'

'and you guys live in the same house'

'yep. But out paths mustnt cross everytime. Distance makes the heart grow fonder'

'aww so romantic of you Dike. I never thought you'd be a hopeless romantic'

'you're such an arse'

Martins laughed loudly. Then his face became serious and Dike knew it was time for serious business. That was one of the things he admired about his friend, when it was time for jokes, he could joke alot and when it was time for serious business, he was there.
'so, what are you going to do about the Lolo and the Igwe? Surely you wont let them separate. You said the Igwe invited you to the palace?'

'yes. He said i should come over tomorrow. But i'm afraid i wont make it. I have an important deal to handle tomorrow. And i'm travelling to Portharcourt next tomorrow returning next week and i'll be super busy then. I'm afraid i wont even pass the night home then. I'll just order for a mattress in my office because thats where i'd remain'

'there comes from my problem with his royal majesty Dike. You dont make out time for your family. Why is that? If you should start bearing kids tomorrow, is this how you're gonna treat them? Thats not fair Dike, your father invited you, i think you should honour that visit'

'and cancel the important deal i'll have to sign with some foreign investors? Hell no. My father should leave me out of his family matters and community issues. I've made it clear to him that i'm not interested in ruling. Ekene should be made crown prince because to me they are only wasting their time. If my father dies tomorrow, that throne remains empty'

'just listen to yourself dude, you're not being mature. Your father should leave you out of his family matters? Are you serious? You're his first son. And if anything's going on in the family, you have to be aware'

'oh please!'

'just make out time to go over to the palace. It might be important. It might be he's dying and wants to tell you something important. Honour your father and your mother for your days may be long. I'm still not happy with the way you said you spoke to the Lolo. You should apologise to her'

Dike sighed in defeat 'you know what? I regret having a righteous friend like you'

Mummy Ejima u r doing an awesome work here.

Remember your reason initially 4 Freda not wanting Mia 4 Dike was because they "could" be siblings since she wasn't entirely sure if she was 4 d Igwe or her husband. & with this reason u made us believe she bore Mia personally

Your recent update now is she knows whose daughter Mia is all along. It is confusing 2 start judging her actions now.

It changes everything 4 me as I now see Freda as mad because she has no justification 4 her actions all along.

Madam chumzypinky. u made mention the reason Freda dont want Mia for Dike because she is not sure if her late husband or igwe is the father of Mia. now am reading that she is not the biological mother of Mia.

Dike locked his car and jogged towards his house. The rain was drizzling and the weather was chilly.
'nice weather for something bad' Her muttered naughtily to himself and smiled 'woah!' It'd been a long time since he let out steam. He was too busy for that anyway. His empire was growing so rapidly with so many business deals on his table that he barely had enough time for his waist region.

He noticed alot of cars in the compound. And when he looked closer, he noticed they all had plate numbers inscribed IGWE. His heart skipped a beat. What was his father doing in the house?

He contemplated going back to his car and driving out. But he shook his head. The guards on standby had already seen him and hand their heads bowed in respect for him. He walked up to one of them.
'hey you, when did the king arrive?'

'not so long your highness' He replied, head bowed.

'like for how long exactly? An hour or two?'

'for three house my prince'

'three hours' Dike muttered to himself 'okay thanks' He nodded at the guard and was about going in when he bumped into Adanna. She smiled at him. She looked good in her long ankle-length ankara dress.

'whats the Igwe doing inside? Who's he with?'

'he's in the Lolo's room. They've been there since he arrived'

He looked amused 'are you serious?'

'but i dont think they're doing what you're thinking. They must be arguing or quarelling because the noises from there are not friendly at all. It seems they want to kill theirselves in there. Thank God you're back'

Chumzypinky:
'your mother and i took in at the same time. When i took in, i was confused as to who the father of the baby was. I was having an affair with the Igwe at that time. I wondered if it was Shiv's father, my late husband' She sniffed again 'Lolo and i gave birth on the same day, in the same ward. But my baby died immediately after delivery. It gave me so much sadness to see the Lolo rejoice while i sorrow. So i planned with some nurses, and the Lolo's baby was taken away from her and given to me. I raised you with so much hatred. Yes, i hated the Lolo then. I hated her so much because she took so many things away from me. She was an ex to my late husband and i could tell that even if they didnt end up together, my late husband still loved her. He never stopped thinking about her. And that was one of the things that pushed me to the Igwe' She paused for a while.
'and then i fell in love with the Igwe and wanted him for myself. But again he loved Ngozi. Even though she gave him so much problems in the palace, she was still the queen of his heart. I tried to force myself into his heart but i failed woefully. Same way i failed with my late husband. I was frustrated and angry. Anytime i saw you, i hated you. Not for you, but because of your mum'

The suspense is there, I recommend this story for a movie shoot and I bet you it will win Awards for you. In case you are thinking of making a movie please let me play main character as DIKE. 'please forgive me' Freda turned to little Kelly in tears 'i've done alot of bad things to you and your mother. I'm so sorry. I took you away from your mother right from birth. Please forgive me' She tried touching Mia but Mia moved back 'my daughter please i'm sorry'

'i am not your daughter!' Mia barked 'a wicked harlot like you will never give birth to me, never!'

Freda wept.

'after everything you just told me, my hatred for you only intensified. I'll never forgive you Chief Freda. For everything you've done to me and my daughter. And believe me when i say i'm going to have my pound of flesh. I'll make life unbearable for you. I'll make you regret ever doing that to me. To think that i slept with my own brother! Shit! Bleep!' She kicked her shoes in the air as hot tears flowed down her eyes.

Freda's eyes widened in shock. Diego and Kelly who stood as a bystander couldnt understand what was going on.

***
'how else am i going to beg you Ngozi? How many times will i tell you how sorry i am? I am sorry Ngozi. I said i'm sorry!' Igwe barked.

'and you think you shouting this way would help matters? Igwe, get out of this room this minute! Get out. I dont want to ever set my eyes on you again, you shameless adulterer!'

Igwe's eyes blazed in anger. He dragged her roughly to himself
