Someone gifted us a pair of foreign pampers pull up. Before we used it for 2 weeks it gave us severe big big rashes. I have discontinued the pampers but the rashes r stubborn.majority of them have refused to resolve.
We used shea butter, zinc n castor oil cream, baking soda in warm bath.
Some have gone.the rest is still there.
We change every 4hours wet or not.change poo immediately and also use cloth diapers.

Please smeone said i should try vista cream.its antifugal cream like skineal.pls is it advisable for babies.

Pls dont read n pass. Save my baby fine bumbum
I remember my mum used to use canesten for diaper rash when we were kids, that's how I got inspired to use my visita cream on my baby, I might as well have put bleaching cream on her, cuz that whole area just got fairer but I think she might just have extra sensitive skin cuz she reacts that way to some baby products too. Try baby tribotan, that's my go to cream now, always clears the rash in a day and doesn't bleach.

Please which is better, a sling carrier or a normal baby carrier? @onegai @alphahandmaiden @feddy and other mamas

Please don't waist money on sling....sling is better when they are new born, no much weight and they sleep a lot. Carrier is far better.

Mamas please urgent request. Anyone know or can recommend creche around yaba to ebutemetta. Lo is almost 3months when i resume in 11days time. Im doing daycare cos im scared to hire nanny n leave a stranger in my house.
Next time ill get the nanny like one month before i resume and be observing her till i have to resume.
That is exactly what I did...I just resumed on Monday. Leaving my DS with her at home wasn't a big deal for me. I just pray and anoint him every morning before I leave home.

Well I have been using the ergo 360 baby carrier since he was 6 days old. I got it for about £130. Sincerely I can tell you that since I have being using it I never had back arch or shoulder pains. Even if you want to use any carrier that is cheaper please always go for the one that your baby's leg will be in a frog leg like shape when wearing it, this must be so because of his hips. Another thing to look out for is that the shoulders should be padded to avoid pain and also go for one with waist pads and other features to straighten your back. Please note that good carriers don't make you bend your back when you carry your baby rather your back will be straight.
The price in naira would be appreciated ma.

BTW, we don buy the Nigerian Pampers size2, enque I went back to the pharmacy and they were out of stock on Baby Land. Our nyash needs diapers asap so we got that one... Hope say e go favour us ni?

Sorry about the rash. What I used when my baby had serious rash was combination of some things.
Put ground Quaker Oats/oatmeal and baking powder in warm water in big rubber/bath and let baby sit with her bum in the water for some minutes. Then wipe dry and rub coconut oil on her bum and wear her diapers. I don't use baby wipes at all. Just those little washcloth. So when baby poo, I mix few drops of apple cider vinegar with normal water and put the washcloth in the water to clean her bum.
Very important to change diaper frequently and as much as possible, try to air baby bum.

Hope this helps.

Ergo baby carrier is about 50k! I promised myself that I'll buy it in my next pregnancy so that I can pass it on to my sisters when they have their own babies. It's so durable, strong and baby will just be chilling in it

Sorry, i can tell you're heartbroken. First things first, having a young maid might have made cheating more tempting or convenient but dont beat yourself up for it, ur hubby would have cheated one way or the other since that is what he has decided in his heart. The way forward, is he remorseful, is he trying to win your love back? Then give him the chance to seek your forgiveness. Time will heal this wound if you let it. Stay in your marriage, forgive but don't forget, there's a lesson to learn here.

However, If he's not remorseful and tries to blame you for HIS actions, dont accept such. Men are not robots programmed to be unable to say no to sex, so stand your ground on that one, stay in Your marriage very well but this time with your head and not your heart. Thank God maid did not poison you n baby for husband take over, your husband put ur life and your baby's at risk, tell him that.

Thanks Ma'am. He has been begging me to forgive him he was stupid to have done that and that it wouldn't happen again. I told him all you said and he was cry profusely.

Debbydominic I'm sorry I'm going to sound like a broken record, but your husband is a very selfish man.
I'm going to play the devil's advocate.....
What if he only confessed to unburden himself? Now he is probably sleeping and snoring away while you are beating yourself up about "pushing your husband into the arms of another woman", a small girl at that!
What if they actually went far but he is releasing the info to you bit by bit to guage your response?
What if the girl has told him she is pregnant and she is threatening to tell you?

You have to stop the pity party and snap out of blaming yourself. It was 100% his fault. An 18yr old girl came on to him, a housegirl for that matter o..not all Dem Instagram slay queens, and he couldn't slap some sense into her head. You were nursing his child for Pete's sake!!! It was NOT your fault!
I think you should look for a way to bring the girl over so you can do a pregnancy test and be sure she isn't pregnant. Then with that, you can both go see a marriage counselor to salvage the marriage.
It is well.
He told me a month after the girl left.

I would like to know as well. My son dey chop o. My MIL gave him semo and okro soup. He finished a rather big plate for his size. Next thing he started crying cos he wanted to sleep so I asked her to make him 150ml but she mistakenly made 210ml. My bobo finished it o before sleeping. My mouth was just open. My MIL has started saying that we have been starving the boy. She has started piling him with food and he finishes everything.

Funnily enough, the boy slept very well that night. I am afraid that I am overfeeding him.

I think it's too much! He should be having more formula than pap at this age. I suggest 70%milk mixed with 30% pap that way he won't be able to finish that amount of pap in a day.

Even if you feed him every 2 hrs.

Then again your 100h pap may be small compared to what I have in mind.
