DeProf I think this is as expected. They should be a competitive bidding, no preferential treatment.

My opinion: The result may not change at the end,Oando will still get it, but wheels will get oiled in the senate.

Hi Pluto09,
I know you have already 'microscoped' DF result.
How much was realized from the DF noodles sale to DUFIL?

The deal has not been consumated as at H2. The estimated ammount, is also small.

There will be profit because the coy was not sold to management. It was sold to DUFIL

grin grin grin

Hope this is not going to do the UCAP trick.
If it was included now, the whole result would have been better understood.

without encouraging corruption, i entirely agree with u on this

the senate is only acting as a road block so that they can get their "perceive" share of the cake

Gone are the days when people have a pity party for management. If you lag behind people would cut their gains/losses and move to stocks that are making headway. Its that simple no sentiment.

I felt same way initially but check again. The projection is over a 3yr period, 2017-2020. That''s fair nah.

Guy,better no waste your energy in fbn for this year is gone on it.Expect your usual dividend of 20k by April next year.it has succeeded in giving you guys 100% already and has no fuel to drive the price further in the second half of the year.I will simply advice you sell it NOW and get any of Afriprud, ucap, guiness, wapco or uba.You will understand what i am saying by December 31st.

In your eyes you will see GTB at 55-60. Tell me what will stop Nestle from seeing 1,500-2000 by 31st December 2017. You will have to kill GTB first before killing Nestle. use wisdom o.

So happy I was able to sell to sell my FCMB today at a good price. Till September as oga Loco talk. I actually expect their result to be like that of FBNH,and the usual panic sellers.

Loco,

You are the only guy confident enough to be on the left hand side of things in this forum. Whenever you move to the right hand side of things, please shout it out loud so we can hear.

Thanks to u & Graham, I waited to see fbnh results before jumping in. The road seems faster than the wheels for Dangflour, so the bus is actually moving backwards.

Say something longterm about Fidson, Afriprud, Honyflour & Transcorp.

Caveat: Loco or Graham may not always be right.

Morning House, does anyone understand the sudden price increase in diamond bank. Do you advice to SELL now or wait till next week and see how the market plays out?
