If you're the 'I want to take the safest path, I no want wahala' kindly buy your Infinix, gionee, tecno jejely. But if you are the adventurous type that is not afraid of 'change' try out the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 4gb 64gb Global edition. This phone is my daily driver and I can categorically tell you it is far better than phones in the same price range available here in Nigeria.

Note: Xiaomi no be mate with all this brands in Nigeria, they are up there with the likes of Oppo, Vivo, honor, OnePlus, Nubia and are not far behind Huawei, Samsung and Apple.

Check out the Xiaomi thread, one of the most recent bumbling thread in phone section:

it a quality mtk device. But since u have 80k why not add up and get the nokia 6.its newer and will receive more update than the huawei..
Please modify that mtk part, plus if the Huawei is genuine, that's a great deal, it's a flagship with a chip that competes with the snapdragon 820, the nokia 6 has a low end processor (snapdragon 430).not even a midrange one. The only advantage of the Nokia here is that he is buying it new as you already stated.

Oga phone is not all about cpu and gpu. If u have all that without good features the phone is as dead as it can be. The nokia supports band 28 for glo. All the network in nigeria for huawei band 28 is dependent on the ark etc. Besides the nokia 6 has a better camera with f/ 2. 0, With 8mp of f/2.0.better light for the phone . has 1.12um of camera. Better man It supports ant+ ask Sammy users they explain more. So reasons to buy the Nokia 6 are high and stop talking about cpu gpu. Which is meaningless without other great features

All what you are stating are invalid! Are you actually comparing the weak snapdragon 430 with the Huawei kirin 955? Blasphemy! shocked, you are just stating theories here, you think you can pair a good gpu with a weak cpu and expect a wow result?
You even dare to compare the weak sensor of the Nokia to the wonderful Leica of the Huawei, because you think that lower aperture (f number) always translate to a better picture, lol! I doubt you have handled a camera, of course lower f number translates to brighter pictures in poor light but will be useless if your lens is not powerful enough. Lastly the Huawei P9 supports band 28 for glo 4G and even more bands than the Nokia 6, just get the right version. Please do enough research before saying stuff you might not understand bro.

Who cares about name anymore, indeed apart from build quality and 4G band 28, and maybe camera, the Nokia is no match for the Redmi note 4 not to mention the great Huawei P9, am just baffled, didn't even intend to comment.

Oga what are you talking about, what are the things that make up a lense. And which one is powerful lense.
The nokia has focal length of 18mm than the huawei. Smaller the focal length better wide angle of view. It has an aperture of f/2.0 both front and back enabling better light. More light, more sharper images and decreased depth of field. I doubt it has Eis.the 4g bands are market dependent. Why quote it again. And the good cpu with poor gpu. Have u heard of overclock? All your other pints are void. Since I answered the important ones.

You are simply just quoting theories without bothering to experiment. Nobody is saying lower aperture doesn't equate to brighter pictures. You are just stating it as if both phones are using thesame sensors, only then can you be correct. The sensor applied on the Huawei is far superior to that on the Nokia, you can search that to confirm. From what you have been posting about smaller focal length, so it is safe by your logic to say the Nokia 6 will output similar pictures as the Sony Xperia xz premium with an aperture of f/2.0 also. Or a Nikon D3300 set at an aperture of 2.0 will outperform a Nikon D7100 set at an aperture of 2.8. I hope you know that apart from aperture there are other ways to employ to make a lens perform well under poor lighting like Iso and shutter speed?.
Again as for the gpu of the Nokia 6 coupled with its Cpu it can best be described as a low midranger no matter how you try to defend it, the Huawei is flagship and both should not even be compared.

Oga u don't understand anything about this at all. What is shutter speed.? See shutter speed is dependent on the aperture,if u have a f/2.8 it means it a very slow light trapper. camera shutter a camera shutter is a curtain in front of the camera sensor that stays closed until the camera fires. When the camera fires, the shutter opens and fully exposes the camera sensor to the light that passes through the lens aperture, which is the f/2.0 I'm talking about. Shutter speed is the length of time a camera shutter is open to expose light into the camera sensor. With a fast f/2.0 it traps light faster than the huawei. Making it take sharper pictures and decreased depth of field . the aperture is problem. Then why is Samsung s8 f/1.7 Samsung s7, F/1.7 too. Then the iPhone 7 with f/1.8.why do they shoot sharper and clear images.?

E don do oooo, chai! You are obviously a lay man in photography no offence intended ooo grin. See your definition of shutter speed, oya make I give u an assignment, use your camera on your phone to snap both out doors and indoors, check the properties of the images and upload here, you'll see that the shutter speed and Iso will never be thesame. There is a reason we talk about software processing in phones.

Did you even notice that the Redmi note 4 is brighter than the Nokia 6 in the pics of the flowers, while the Nokia has more colour saturation? It's not even surprising to tell what happened. The iso and shutter speed have been tweaked differently by each phones' software. When you post pictures like this, it doesn't even help in your argument, because the settings will never be the same. If you set a camera to an aperture of f/1.8, Iso 200 and shutter speed of 1/100, it can never be as bright as one set to an aperture of f/2.8, Iso 800 and shutter speed of 1/60. Now this analogy is what different manufacturers do to their softwares to get the best images from their phone cameras. Different configuration of Iso and shutter speed have been stored up on the phone's software to handle shots from different environments, that's why it's called automatic settings. So, you comparing shots from different brands to try to explain the use of lenses with different apertures is totally out of place because of different softwares applied. To buttress, do these screenshots help?

Yes sir master of photography I salute u.. U went to bring pix of what I can't explain to prove what. What are the setting on each pix takes. And time. U didn't state it. That pix could be taken any time. Meaning the nokia 6 could be taking when there is no light and the other when there is light. I've already given u pix comparisons on the nokia 6 and redmi with specific details and time there were taken.including the s7 edge. So now my definition of shutter speed is wrong. Now I know you're a complete amateur. I know u don't even know what we call camera shutter. I'm sorry but I can't argue with you anymore if u don't even know what a shutter speed is. Or exposure..u still learning

You sef like argument pass fight, you go upload pics from somewhere nobody complained, I did similar thing and your are already crying foul? Both cameras were compared same time, I did the screenshots to show your errors about focal length, Oya take, it's a video on YouTube, oya send your link too for others to verify.

When we are done with this, we will go into comparing speed of both the Nokia 6 and Huawei P9 to see the blunder you typed wink.
