blonde is the name given to some kind of hair though to the color . but sometimes people (especially the whites) do address or call a lady according to the color of her hair. here is a typical Nigerian example "meet the blackie with the darkest skin" thanks.

She's a redhead, not blonde. I don't think it's up to 6ft though, unless she's more than 7ft tall.
