You people can not stop to amaze the world in your foolishness .
Somebody Only narrated his journey so far from the civil war till now and you twisted it calling him names and slave. I can assure you this is not how to go about things by being abusive. When he was struggling to survive where were you people? Have heard the story of how cosharis came to Lagos that made him multimillionaire today. Cosharis came with his friend to Lagos sitting at the back end of lorry to hawk coloured bread he collected on loans.
Several people have been made multimillionaires today by coming to Lagos.
If your eastern potopoto land is vibrant , all these people should have stayed in in their respective villages and continue to struggle. The dimension you people are taking will further make the situation worse than you can imagine. I can assure you that this battle you people have started , the line has been drawn already. We shall see weither it is your abuse that will turn people around to support you or not .
I believe govt has a way of dealing with things like this.
So ride on in your rascality and arrogance to abuse everybody. It will not make any difference because we are getting used to your abusive strategy already so keep it up. But the day the devil will wear clothes and go to market even kanu himself will regret the day he was born.
He everybody is at alert now so ride on.
Oh shut up.

Everyone has a story to tell.
In fact, every Igbo individual and family have a story to tell during and after the civil war.

What is so special about Joe Igbokwe's story ?
That he suffers Stockholm's syndrome which has turned him into the Quisling of Igboland ?

What is it exactly that terrifies you and your ilk about the Igbo struggle of emancipation from Hausa/Fulani serfdom ? undecided

Several people have been made multimillionaires today by coming to Lagos and you want them to deny that fact and historical part of their lives.it shows how parthetic Charles. Kanu and his jobless followers are. So what are you going to say about Igbos who are were voted for in Lagos and they are occupying one elective position or the other representing their constituency as chairmen and house of Representatives and so on.
It shows that kanu and his followers are very selfish.
If your eastern potopoto land is vibrant , all these people should have stayed in in their respective villages and continue to struggle. Igbo's doing business in Lagos came because Lagos is the Federal capital and the seaport's are there. Lagos would hv been like Oshogbo if these two things weren't there in the first place.
I bet you,let there be seaport and international airport in Onitsha let me see who cares to live in Lagos again.

The argument is neither stimulating no insightful. For a second, I can't remember a federal government "policy" that tends to favor the Lagos port over and above other ports in the country. The simple truth is that the south east does not have any port and those in the south south have been mismanaged. And lastly, while I agree that slavery is a thing if the mind, most Biafra supporters are condemned slaves because they support kanu in a bid to spite other Nigerians. If they've got an independent thinking faculty, they'll be able to disassociate themselves from the hate speech of that guy and even condemn him for calling his fellow people who didn't share his views "pigs".

Policy can be implied, those national asset were built for a reason and managed by federal government, how come those in south south are mismanaged and the only one in Lagos is well managed. No rail system at least, from Lagos to the SS/SE to move industrial materials and machinery. Goods are moved about on bad roads. From our elementary economics, industries will always be sited at a place where low cost can be achieved in terms of raw material, man power, population, distribution channel etc. Have you wondered why every fresh graduate want to come to Lagos and swell the population in Lagos? why not sokoto, Ebonyi or bayelsa. Have you notice how Lagos is rubbing on Ogun state. As for Biafran issue, as Prof Wole Soyinka correctly pointed out, it's an Ideology thing in the mind of every true Igbo person. Kanu, good or bad as he comes took advantage of that, fueled by inequality and injustices in the system. As for Jerry Igbokwe, let him tell us what investment he has brought to Igbo land, what contributions he has made towards improving his town in the east with all his connections. Nobody needs his long story of how he struggled to become successful, because struggle to success is the life of any average Nigerian but only a very small size are fortunate to have that kind of connection that made him. He should keep quiet and stop insulting his tribe.

While i agree with many of your points...Theres is more to the success story of Lagos than the port. Someone posted pictures of "onne" port in port Harcourt and it is very beautiful and extremely okay. What I think is that Lagos has a far better and more conducive biz environment & the port is not the ONLY and major factor. It was an ex federal territory coupled with the fact that it has been blessed with fortunate leadership right from the colonial times to the present. In short, I want you to understand that there is no deliberate policy on the part of the FG to develop the port over and above all other ports. Why is that if

Joe Igbokwe's story is a sad one. He came from deadliest level of poverty and it has destroyed his understanding of what it is, to be human. I was bamboozled by his rendition of teary story of sweat, tears and blood. And his allegiance to his Masters on how Lagos has benefitted him. I felt so ashamed reading such story, but then it d closed the mind behind the person, because when I read his comments, I used to wonder what manner of man would be so anti to his own tribesmen, then what I read is a story of a destroyed soul. A man who does not know he is a boy boy, a real one.

He is a slave and has no one to tell him.

I am from the north and I don't believe Igbos are slaves anywhere in Nigeria. Infact they control the economy of Nigeria to a very large extent. Show me an Igbo man here in the North that does anyhow(petty) job or one that cannot train his children to university level. I don't know what slavery you are talking about, are there not civil servants or political appointees of other ethnic groups serving in the south east? Are they slaves? Greed, greed and greed is what will finish an Igbo man.
Jst collect your Biafra of five states and I bet you a terrible civil war will commence almost immediately cos of the GREED that is inherent in an Igbo man

Stupid Muhammedian,
Cry for your useless and helpless children dying of starvation and religious war in the north there,
Northern politicians lost power you morrons start killings here and there to u it's not greed, it's as a result of your greediness book hatam have killed thousands today, why do you zombie care if Igbo's have 5 states or not? You are asking the question you have provided the answer before now. Joe Igbokwe is not the only one several other millions of Igbos living outside South East are guilty of this. They many of them that cannot be counted. They came to Lagos for survival and they became very wealthy and successful. All these Igbo boys on the street selling one thing or the other are equally guilty, even to those guys selling things at alaba, oladipo and all other markets..
So tell me how can somebody become very wealthy and successful in another mansland and you want him to go back to his village where he had no business links. What is the rationale behind that, you don't want his business to continue to grow or what. If KANU has investment in Nigeria making him Billions of naira every year, I don't think the thought of Biafra will ever cross his mind.
He is just an opportunist, selfish and jobless fellow. If his followers are not fools and morons , why cant they ask him what investment does he have, in Nigeria or east, even in the UK to command their attention. If someone promised to buy you clothes, you first look at what he is wearing and his worth to know the type of clothes he can afford, so that you will not appear to be fooled at the end of the day.
