What's your secret way of relieving stress that nobody knows about?

Me, I smoke unlit cigars. It eases off the tension and taking deep breaths and pretending I'm inhaling the smoke calms me down, I don't know why. Sometimes I light the cigars because I enjoy the smell of tobacco, but I usually put it out after a puff or two. Don't want the smell getting on my clothes. No-one knows this about me, not even my siblings.

Other times I imagine beating up those that have annoyed me to a pulp. I imagine pounding them with my fists until they are all bloody and toothless. That relaxes me as well

I just listen to my Top 100 songs. So Sick by Ne-yo, Gallery by Mario Vasquez , If You're Not The One by Daniel Bedingfield, Numbs and Encore by Jay-Z /Linkin Park etc relieve my stress any time.

My way of relieving stress? It's sleep of course. Turn off my phone, tell everyone at home that I wanna sleep so they should please not disturb, and I sleep.
