Your explanation is correct but does the picture quality of that picture look like the kind of image a 2.5mp camera would snap??

So its either edited or something but your little show of camera knowledge kind of make me wonder if you even know what you are trying to explain or just copied it somewhere else.

That's an error from the Camera (due to bad memory card)
Camera splits images sometimes. Nothing spiritual like headless girl abeg.
So, it's advisable as a photographer to go with a spare of memory card to avoid such errors.

My bet is the phone was set to auto-HDR or something along those lines. It attempted to stack multiple pictures, and caught the moving girl in two different places. The cut is rather clean though.

It is either the girl looked the other way or bent her head. Otherwise Photoshop is at work

On the other hand, judging from the picture, the camera quality should not be less than 8 Mp

guys zoom in nd you'll see the picture tilt a little.... it's Photoshop

look at the baby very well you'll see that from her neck to her chest isn't complete... take a good look and you'll see that line....
