Please find time to go through the documents required for the applicants and dependants of the visa subclass you want to apply for. Sadly, if english test is a requirement, I think you just have to provide it.

bellong's dedication is on a wavy level, I salute you boss.

I also strongly agree that the thread must remain, who knows if the site will work out as intended as but as a community we can make it work. Surely it will take a while before the site gains traction...

I think this is a good idea. I am very interested in working with you.

Yes, don't assess that experience with EA, to save you some money, just go ahead,claim the point and submit your EOI with the required documents and wait for DIPB to do their job.

Thanks and God bless.

So sorry about that bro.
I'm sure you'll get good suggestions on re-assessment here. It's an opportunity to repackage and blast them. How long did your assessment take BTW?

Sorry about the -ve assessment, from my personal experience, it's not the end, you just have to digest the result and know how to repackage.
All the best going forward

You line manager can write you a reference cos he supervises you directly,however he should indicate your head hunter's name in his writ,this would suffice in my opinion from personal experience.
However your agency / head hunter can write additionally, including you line supols contact.
That's what I used for dibp.

The primary applicant needs to submit English test results to claim points,however your dependant 18yrs and above can show proof of English with a letter from his degree awarding institution, stating all courses were taught in English, else he would need to submit IELTS results as well.

I think the problem was basically with your degree, so they just negated every other thing. Seems your school are one of those that they don't assess as equal to Australia. Did u complete the MSc level of achitecture or u did only 4yrs? Cos your MSc woulda made the total study year 6

The process for 489 is same as 190 and 189.

Read the opening page of this thread for further information.

What I am not sure is what vetasses will equate your PGD to. That is actually the key here.

You can do the advisory service first, at least with that, the money involved is not much of a pain if lost.

I do not intend using my PGD, but I need to be sure if they will accept HND in urban and regional planning? If it's accepted for 10 points as suggested by someone, then my points is likely to be as follows:
Age 30
Degree 10 (HND)
Experience 10 (though I started working since July 2009 then went for NYSC 2010-2011, started work immediately till date, so I think I can get 15 points here)
TOEFL 20 (you know I said I had 10 points before but now I had 20 points)
State 5
Total 75
So my ogas at the top, please what do you think of ooh before I go for assessment.

@masonkz,

The assessing body (CPA in this instance) will assess if your qualification is comparable to Australian Bachelor's Degree. Hence, it will not lead to higher points.

Please it is advisable you submit all your (relevant) qualifications for assessment.

The point calculator is relevant in calculating your points and I think PHD if you have one will get you higher points.

Thank you for the response. I don't have PHD o

toslad:
masonkz, CA is not AUD 170 for full assessment. It is about 610. Not sure how much it is now. AUD170 is actually for reassessment. Please go through the site again to be sure.

Oh Ok. Thank you.

We can now see some 65 pointers invited In the next round since 4 prorata occupation are close to clearing 70pointers. Namely:
●Computer Network Professionals;
●Electronics Engineer;
●MECHANICAL Engineer;
●Software and App programmers .

Only the DOE of the 65 pointers in theses occupations will matter in a bit. Tuesday is almost upon us
Cheers.

In my opinion, you should add it. Take time to go through the MSA booklet again, it states you should add all relevant qualifications.

Lolz @ bolded. First thing to do is go to the very first page and read carefully. Then proceed gradually through the pages.

In the interim, are you single, what's your qualification, age, work experience?

You're much welcome. From your profile, it doesn't look like you'll qualify unfortunately. Accounting is competitive so you need points from YEARS of experience. During your NYSC, what was your office designation and role at your PPA

Unfortunately, I can't help in terms of PTE
