I'm afraid I might be the wrong person you're contacting for PTE as my experience in getting band 8 wasn't somewhat of an interesting one, needing 3 attempts including a demoralising 49 in speaking.

There are many here who made all 90 at first attempt, and I'm sure they should be your best help.

I feel strongly u should have mentioned it anyways, just to beat the 4-5year brouhaha. And then leave whoever is assessing to either relate it to construction role or not.

If there is a way u can reassess by including it at a cheaper rate, u might wanna give it a shot.

I feel he should go and get that MSc. certificate at ALL COST. Having read that the program is in Urban design, I feel really bad that he didn't process the receipt of the certificate before submitting for assessment.

Keep your cool, don't send any mail. Dem go contact you if dem need anything or just teyu say your assessment don show.

@ Chuglothen: I would have said same too but absence of tax payment on the slip may raise questions. However, you can redesign the pay slips

Also include bank statements reflecting payment of salaries. Cheers

Bros, I believe we are in same boat, trying to ace any of the English test. What you should do is go to YouTube and type "PTE Academic" you will see a lot of videos. Stream, download and practice. God help us.

@Nanlop55, sorry to hear your negative skill report. if you can get your MSc certificate on urban design, i suggest you update your JD and nominate ANZSCO 232112 ( Landscape Architect) collaborate the JD with some of your CPM duties for VETASSESS to reassess.

I really don't have much light to throw than what has been stated before. Ask vetassess people if there is a way to reassess and if it makes sense to them who are familiar with vetassess itself. Just so u can inuclide your masters and up your qualification assessment, then your application might be +ve. Cos from ur write up, u gat necessary experience.

No one is springing up for now, as all the occupations on prorata are well defined.

Yes, 4 years if one is fortunate to have studied in a school that Australia classifies as a section 1 institution. If section 2 on the other hand, the course must have been studied for 5 years. Federal schools in Nigeria are under category 1 while state, polytechnics and private institutions are under section 2.

I'm afraid from the look of things, I'll suggest that you look into a related occupation but it's at Skill level 2 or 3. Otherwise, Canada might have something for you.
