Still trying to study that ,the issue i ham having now is i feel it is the same data base. would i now have to go back to my place of work both past and present for a different JD for the statement of service?
SegunWamiri:

Wow! Ok Sis smiley (as pointed out to jayooh).

Do you think there's any other occupation you might be able to nominate?

As per reassessing at a cheaper rate, you may see @ jorgan's recent posts on page 384 if it's applicable to your circumstance

Thanks will work on it
Prolivingproof:

@Nanlop55, sorry to hear your negative skill report. if you can get your MSc certificate on urban design, i suggest you update your JD and nominate ANZSCO 232112 ( Landscape Architect) collaborate the JD with some of your CPM duties for VETASSESS to reassess.

Thanks so much appreciate your contributions
jayooh:

I really don't have much light to throw than what has been stated before. Ask vetassess people if there is a way to reassess and if it makes sense to them who are familiar with vetassess itself. Just so u can inuclide your masters and up your qualification assessment, then your application might be +ve. Cos from ur write up, u gat necessary experience.

I am getting depressed. Only Tasmania is sponsoring my occupation via 190. But I have to show job offer. Is tgere any way to bypass this job offer?
Has anyone applied successfully to Tasmania before?

why not look at something related?
and tailor your JD to that?

Different JD? Not exactly. Whatever related occupation I referred to needs to have a similar description as highlighted by Anzsco

Good morning house, please I need your advice on this Australian journey, I have read the threads and am up to date to some extent but still need clarifications. I have a B.Eng in Agric Engineering and an M.Sc in Environmental Engineering but have been working as a banker(operations department) with 5yrs experience, from what I got from EA site I am supposed to provide relevant experience in my field of study(Engineering) which I don't have apart from the 1yr nysc i did with Nigerian Bottling Company, at this point i need advice on what i am supposed to do? which of the occupations should i choose? If anyone have or had this experience please advice a brother. @Bellong and other elders pls advice me.

I would say you should go with Agric Engineering. Just like was said before, you can write your career episodes based on your final year project, field work or other parts of your undergraduate studies.

Since you wont be claiming any points from experience, you would have to aim for 20 points from English for 189. 489 can also be your plan B or C as a couple of regions in Nsw have Agric Engineering on their list.

Good day all I'm an animal scientist who wishes to start his assesment with vetasse; the only experience I have is the nysc experience in a livestock farm. I was paid cash at hand by the fame and bank by nysc; I would love to ask if my application can fly. Thanks for your responses

Good afternoon e family.
Please a friend of mine studied accounting in school (OND) only and she is working as a customer service representative with over 10years experience.

Please can she assess as customer service manager ?

Hope OND will fly, I really need ideas please .

She is working in a brokerage firm so am also thinking if she can go for Insurance agent considering her degree.

Which one will get her positive assessment.

I think her over 10years experience should substitute for the required degree of education according to VETASSESS

EOI is free and Invitation to apply (ITA) issued at the discretion of DIBP is also free but once you decide to lodge an application(deadline: on or before 60days from ITA) for a visa; you would be required to pay a Visa application charge (VAC) amounting to AUD$3670 as a primary applicant.
Do note: that you can pay your VAC in 2 installments but the full VAC must be paid before Visa is granted.
Caveat: I would advice that you get a master dollar card, fund it from black market and pay your VAC in 1 installment to avoid delay in your visa processing time.
I hope I have satisfied your question?

[quote author=chuglothen post=59698575]Dear house, has anyone successfully gotten 190 visa with CSM occupation?

Can you get 489 right now? If yes, you may have to talk with those over there with 489, it may not be as bad as you have been made to believe.

Or you can wait with faith amidst all these constantly changing list and procedures. Benefits are good, but no hope of one if you're in Nija.

As an Animal Scientist with one year experience in a livestock farm, you'll need to align your JD with ANZSCO requirement for an Agricultural Consultant or Scientist(please check each requirements well). My concerns however are:
1. Your one year experience: VETASSESS is fond of removing a minimum one year from the total years of experience to assess. So if you get a positive assessment from VETASSESS based on your well packaged CV, Statement of Sevice and other related docs, you'll be good to go.

2. State nomination requirement: Victoria state for instance requires a minimum of 2 years work experience among other requirements to nominate you on SC190. You might want to check out Victoria website to know their minimum elegibility requirements

Lolz. As desperate as I am and in dire need of a 190, from the look of things, @ Chuglothen we won't have a choice than to settle for NT or SA's 489. Please calm down and don't stress your self on trying to get a job in Tasmania because of the following factors:
1. The state is the second after SA with the highest rate of unemployment amongst Australian states

2. Since I registered on Australian job websites, I haven't received any alert with the Title Customer Service Manager- Tasmania

3. These employers would rather employ a citizen, a permanent resident holder or someone that is already on ground than wait and go through the stress of employing someone from overseas except that person has got some really.... special skills & abilities.

In conclusion, NT still seems to be the best option despite the POF and asset valuation thingy as it is the state with the lowest unemployment rate in Aussie.

Cheers.

You might not have received an answer possibly because someone with the right/best answer hasn't come online since your post. Having said that, you could look up the following occupations on anzsco search https://www.anzscosearch.com/search/
1. Urban and regional planner
2. Community worker.

See if the descriptions of the above matches your qualification and or work experience.

As for how to start, you would have to read that up on page 0. Cheers

Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

Hi house, sorry for the absence. I left Murtala Muhammad Airport on Friday 18th by 6pm.. Emirates... Booked via IOM ... #371,682. Stopped over at Dubai... They had another stop at Bangkok that wasn't on the itinerary...
Anyway, arrived Sydney on Sunday 7:45am Sydney time... Passed through immigration in about 30 seconds... They didn't ask for any document.... They didn't even stamp my passport sef... Merely swiped it on one kind machine...
Collected luggage, they put it through an xray machine and declared that I was good to go... Got out of the airport. Was picked up by my surest people (Jamson and McTowel01)..

I've been doing the necessary Medicare, bank account, etc stuff...

Thanks to everyone who helped make this a reality.. Really appreciate.

First impressions? I prefer this place to the UK already.. Wide roads, big houses.. Really cool.. Still settling down,... I'll update the house when there's more news.. Cheers.. smiley
