Rubbish. How do you expect Dangote to site his refinery in a place where his facilities will be prone to destruction. This is business. You site your business in a safe place not where random "our oyel" people will be threatening you when things don't go their way. He won't even be getting the oil for free. He will probably still have to pay some money
what do you have to say concerning Kaduna refinery, because you sabi talk nonsense

Lol. You're minding these mumus. They are even jubilating more than the Niger deltans thinking they won't be affected if Yorubas decide to do the same thing in the SW. As if those touts even know the difference between Igbo and Ijaw grin grin cheesy

I'm actually disappointed that many of you believe this crap. If you read very well, you will see that this is coming from the useless criminal ipod pigs as usual. They will go to any length to blame yorubas for their misery. It is their usual way of life, empty chest beating. When October 1st come, the idio.ts will find something else to say. Are they not already changing mouth with their biafrau.d? From biafrau.d or death to no Referendum no election to no election in anambra to there will be election in anambra but we won't vote. Who takes a bunch of coward pigs seriously. Just look at the gibberish write up they claimed as interview.

Yorubas don't kill anyone, so your nonsense theory about nature paying back isn't applicable here. We know those who want Yorubas to be attacked in the ND
I am not your fellow tribal bigot okay....I was just reading through your comments and don't need to be told your intentions.

What God and nature judges us with most times is not just our action, but our intentions.

In the Bible, a Jewish man was struck dead for trying to hold the Ark of Covenant being conveyed from falling....and everyone wondered why he was killed.....but then, only God knows that man's intentions of trying to hold the Ark from falling....maybe if he had succeeded and lived, maybe he would have been bragging about it that if not for him, the Ark of Covenant would have broken into pieces, so God maybe saw his heart and intention and stopped him.

So my brother, yes I commend and love Yorubas for their peaceful nature so far....but your heart matters....your intentions of late matters....you guy's might not be physically violent but maybe harboring some hate and dislike in your heart for some tribe which is what God and nature judges us with....so in summary, watch your ways...the world is bigger and more mysterious than you think, Happy Sunday smiley

If that can stop the woes ....... let everyone be on their own and you transacts whatever business you wanna do at a boarder ..... the incessant killings will reduce , vandalization, corruptions will also reduce . I pity and at the same time sorry for the NDs ..they can't farm on their lands ( currently there is a trending issue on cassava ), no drinkable water , loss of oil blocks to the abokis and yet you were considered as 5% . Just apply diplomacy in the fight for your course . You will win ...

"The northerners are holding the Nigerian government and everybody to ransom. They have ruled this country for many years and almost all the oil blocks belong to them. To make things worse, the present government came in, sidelined other people and gave the major positions in the country to the northerners. The President of this country is from the North; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation is from the North; the Inspector General of Police is from the North; the Chief of Army Staff is from the North; the Chief of Staff to the President is from the North; the Minister of Petroleum is from the North; the Comptroller General of Customs is from the North, the Director General of the Department of State Services is also from the North. All the major positions are being occupied by the northerners.
ADVERTISING

So, if you believe in one Nigeria, why can’t we get some of these positions? The Senate President is from the North; the Speaker of the House of Representatives is from the North. All members of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation board are from the North. With this, how do you want the southerners who have oil to feel? They (northerners) don’t have oil."

Afonja Muslims won't take this.

Story. Mumu groups everywhere. Yorubas will be in that region after October 1st and nothing will happen lol. They issued the same ultimatum last year and nothing happened grin grin cheesy

.

How is it our fault that Yorubas are the ones managing the companies. These companies aren't owned by Yorubas. It's based on merit. I would have understood if Mobil, Chevron and Total were owned by Yorubas. They aren't treating you like slaves. Stop busting pipelines

This sounds like the typical "They are the cause of all our woes" nonsense. How can Yorubas stop oil firms from relocating their headquarters? Are Yorubas the owners of the companies? You were issuing threats that they must relocate. That's not how to convince companies to listen to you. They have their headquarters in Lagos because their safety couldn't be guaranteed in the ND. Have we forgotten the whole thing about kidnapping foreign oil workers so quick?

Another lie based on ignorance. Almost all the ports in the ND are functioning properly. The proof is here on this thread. All the lies were busted on this thread. https://www.nairaland.com/3977374/eastern-ports-dysfunctional

If the nonsense lie about Yorubas not allowing things work in other parts of the country was true, then why did Dangote leave Ondo state to site it in Lagos. Is Ondo state not a Yoruba state? He didn't site it there because the communities weren't willing to co-operate with him.

The only time MERIT was used in Nigeria, The igbos were managing 45% of everything in Nigeria from public, government to private sector......... Making other regions envy n hate them.

Why then has Dangote not cited any project in the SS? Why has TY Danjuma no charity business anywhere in the SS but has them all over Nigeria except SS and SE?

Anyway, you are writing for the few TonyeBarcanisters of the SS who would rather have their offspring in hijab and burqa, than let their part of the SS a country with the Igbo.

Bros...all thEse shud stop! No tribe in Nigeria is enough to be the problem of another tribe. Let us learn to live together in peace. Our differences must be appreciated, respected, and either resolved where possible and necessary, or accepted.

All nations of the world, have tribes; including the US (of course we all saw that a few days ago).

We all have common enemies in the vices that tend to set back our nation. Nigeria is bigger than any single tribe; and we complement each other well. Corruption, poverty, partiality, nepotism, etc have put us where we are today. We must change our mind set and stop seeing enemies in our neighbours.

Tribal war will pay no one! Let us also think who the big winners will be at the end.
