OK, so I went visiting my cousin today after a long while. Even though I wasn't that hungry, but at the mention of wanting to prepare "ukwa" a local delicacy from South Eastern Nigeria, I found myself salivating subconsciously. Fast forward, the meal was made and Lord knows how desperate I needed more after having a 2nd plate. Next thing my cousin says she's about to leave but will be back soonest and in no time! Yes! I just might turn the kitchen to a pilgrimage, I thought. Lol... And just when I wanted to see how the food was doing in the pot, I met this hilarious note.    2 Likes 1 Share
