Raiyell:
What sort of slavery is this? How can you expect a person to bang out 3500 words daily with perfect grammar and meticulous research and pay them N100k? For the amount of work involved, the pay should not be less than N300K per month.

When I still wrote for people, the minimum I got for 1000 words was $15, which is even peanuts when you consider the fact that some writers charge $200 -- $500 for 1000 words of thoroughly researched and grammatically sound article. Let's do a little bit of calculation based on $15 dollars for a 1000 word article:

3500/1000 = 3.5
$15x3.5 = $52.5

if they work Monday - Friday, that would be a twenty day work month, so:

$52.5x20 = $1,050

Exchange rate for payoneer = N350

$1,050xN350 = N367,500

So, I am correct to say that at the basic minimum, your Nigerian writers should be getting at least N300K for their labours. If you are an agent and you get a cut from their pay, God will judge you for wanting to become a millionaire overnight by exploiting the desperation of your countrymen. 3500 words per day is hard work and every writer worth their onions knows how tight it is to write 1000 words of premium content.

Be guided.

The truth is God won't judge him. He hasn't done anything wrong. If you aren't comfortable with his wages, you look elsewhere.

Because you earn N750k a month working for Chevron does not mean anyone earning 120k a month working with a ministry is a slave.

An average writer on Fiverr charges $5 for 500 words, so $10 for 1000 words.

But of course, you can upsell with faster delivery rates, Getty images and other stuff that could increase your charges to $25 for an article.

I know a top rated seller on Fiverr who writes two 500 words articles for $5. And he still makes at least $4000 every month.

You shouldn't compare yourself with anyone.

A lot of top writers started from the bottom. Some even wrote 500 word articles for $1.

There are so many people who have no jobs. N100k a month is good for them. Plus it will boost their writing skills greatly.

As for that exchange rate you posted, most exchangers currently exchange $1 for N330 as the value of the naira has increased.

if you think he is exploiting you, move elsewhere.

Anyone who is seeking for better opportunities and ignores this stands much more to lose.

If you are smart, you should move on to better things after some time.

To clear doubts, I took part in the paid trial last week, but didn't go past the first day. I was paid #3000 yesterday for my efforts. This is not a scam. I can attest to that.

I was on transit when I got the job post and I decided to take the test. taught it was just gonna be objective questions all through.

I finished the three stages but I WS unable to quantify the number of words in the second stage. not sure whether its up to 400words cos I was on phone and also on transit.

is that a prerequisite for d job?

I have received an invitation for the trial run . I just went through the thread and noticed a lot of discouraging comments. Please i want to encourage people who like me are not working and are looking for a job.Kindly apply if you're able to perform the Job requirements .What exactly do you have to loose.Besides ,it is also a learning curve. And yes, maybe they are paying "peanuts" so let those commenting on how they are earning big money show you how they are doing it and introduce you to it instead of coming here to distract us from starting from somewhere.

I doubt if that's possible. If it is, it is highly inconvenient.

You'll be doing a lot of thinking and research, which is quite tasking on its own. You would have to open several tabs on your browser and, sometimes, about 2 documents on MS word.

Why would you want to make the whole process even more difficult by using a smartphone?

True. But not impossible. Plus, she could go the unconventional route too. That is, write down the thoughts and then type.
Difficult processes in all, just like you've said.

Your personal opinion is not law.
Other persons have had good experiences with the said scheme you just discredited.

Rather than be singed in deepseated indignation, I'll recommend you tow a path of personal betterment. With personal development and constant writing practise, you could become a better writer, if you so choose.

Though, writing isn't for everyone. And, I won't even contact you if you write like this, much less Daily Post.

So, cool down.

The Daily Post scheme is for real. Ask me!

No, he is not serious my dear.
It's a continuously ongoing process UNTIL THEY ADVERTISE OTHERWISE (when they have enough people to cover their scope).

If you haven't begun the process, start now. They have a backlog of people awaiting being contacted.

All the best!

it's over 3 weeks now and no payment like they promised, I sent an email to inquire if it was an error and didn't get any reply from them as well. I thought they were genuine .
on the other hand , probably they did not pay everyone that participated in the paid trial since someone above attested earlier with a proof of payment corrobating their genuineness .
They should be more specific and straightforward and I hope this would clue those still applying on what to expect.

@dailyposts, Good evening, I was shortlisted to start my trial on August 28, I sent an email to the mail that notified me about it, and i asked to be slated for september 4 which is the next batch due to issues beyond my immediate control. I have not received any message back to confirm if the change of date was accepted. my email is chosentrail@gmail.com

Go back to their home page and attempt logging in from there. I initially had a similar issue until I did so. I'm also scheduled for the Monday trials.

Yes, I did just that and was able to log in successfully. Slated for trials today too.

Now, their site is quite difficult to navigate. I was online by the said time and tried logging in to the chat room. so much to say but I wasn't successful, don't know if I can still try tomorrow.

hope yours went better than mine?
