If Mourinho is persistent about Perisic, it's because he is consistent. He might not be world best but he will be delivering decent performances on a regular basis. Mahrez at 40m would be a good signing but there's always question marks about stepping up to a bigger club for someone like him.

I agree and the beauty of it is that his signings are spot on,they hit the ground running. They are not so expensive and they are without excessive media attention.

I am of the opinion that the next winger Jose purchases should be a specialist right winger. Don't think I have an beef with the Perisic in question, he's a decent player.

When Valencia is on top form he negates any impinge using Mata on the right flank presents, but when he's not having a good day attack-wise it's terrible to watch. It is even quite a stifle on whoever mans the left flank for the day & that man must be in ghost mode to be an effective attack channel. Signing Perisic, for me, will improve NOTHING. his numbers WILL NEVER be better than Martial's or Rashidi's under same conditions and against equal opposition strength. Because he's a winger doesn't mean he will be as potent on either flanks, we are looking to strengthen a weak area not stuff up on another position of strength & options; it's the same reason Jose is after no left back.

Like Jose said, if he cannot get a fourth player then no problem. He is keen on a good right winger & Mahrez presents a more palatable option than Perisic.

Chamberlain for £35m is a good bargain. He may not be the best out there, but he's definitely not the worst. I'd love that guy for our RW even though he's not my typical RWer.

Chamberlain is team player, and he can defend, can attack, can play in the midfield especially as DM. he can play both wings. Fashi talk, in this current transfer window, Chambo is a good business for Conte.

And you don't need quality players in all positions to win a title. You need quality players mixed with average but reliable players to win the league. Look at how Moses an average player, you can even say below average player, is in starting eleven of Chelshit and played an integral part in their title win.

Time will tell, but I think Chambo is a good deal for Chelshit. Even if he doesn't come good, the loss is not much. 35mil is cheap currently.

Wenger lacks the balls to make this Arsenal team competitive. This Arsenal team might not win the league, but with a quality coach like Conte, they wouldn't be disgraced easily, and can compete for titles.

Wenger is just confused, he doesn't know how to use his players, and ghosts like Ozil should be forced to sit up or get benched. Martial had a good season last season, became laidback last season and Mourinho benched his azz. Hererra was our best player last season but right now he's on the bench. It takes guts to do that. Wenger will keep playing Ozil even though he's been in terrible form for months now.

He has no ambition. He was criticised severally last season and yet couldn't spend the cash to get more quality additions to prove that he wants to get the club back to winning ways. Just Kola and Lacazette. Too stingy for my liking.

LOL. Bro, I don't expect Chamberlain to light up Stamford Bridge, but he's a good addition. Very versatile. Plus, 35mil flop can be managed than a 60mil flop. That's why I love the deal. It's one of the reasons why we're not mourning Schweinteiger's disastrous spell, coz he came cheap. Compare it to that of Di Maria.
