I recently noticed that when I speak, a spray of spit comes out of my mouth when speaking and it is very embarrassing.
I was advised to take less water and worm medicine which I have done but it has not helped.
Please I need any advice that you can give. Thank you
with my little experience, much intake of harr drugs may cause this.

You need to stop talking too much and with force.
Talk gently and spit won't fly out from your mouth.
