Exchanges haven't enabled deposits so what's being traded is the one present on the exchanges before the fork, that's why the price is high.
If they enable deposits, a lot of people will dump.

My point exactly.
You're buying the ones present already on the exchanges.
If you have bCash on a wallet you can't deposit it on an exchange to sell, so there's artificial scarcity, this is why the price is high currently.

In the weeks preceding the split the Clarion call was to withdraw your BTC from exchanges to wallets you control (ie have the private key), a lot of people did this.
Others converted to altcoins.


There are a lot of Bitcoins not on the exchange during the fork, so there are not a lot of Bitcoin cash on the exchange after the split.

If deposits are enabled a lot of Bitcoin cash present on personal wallets (hot wallets, cold storage, etc) will be able to get to the exchanges for trading.

when you open your luno app, you will see send, buy, withdraw and More option, just click on the more option then click fund acct, it will ask if debit or credit card, then type the amount you want in naira, it will show the btc equivalent of what you will get, it will open a pages that say fund via payU, just click continue to payU, mind you there is small charge for the transaction, then payU page will open where you will input your card details (they only accept 3D secure cards) after inputing your card details it will bring another page of your bank where you will authorize the transaction and input token and within minutes your acct is funded then inside your luno acct you can buy btc
