He saw a termination letter on his table with undisclosed reason. Access to all network and email was blocked. In fact security men were waiting to ease him out. He was given just 30mins to tack his personal items

Your friend must seek the exact reason for his sack. He should try reaching the American CEO directly.

Either God is telling him to leave that company or he must have achieved that feat by cutting corners or doing something which the company management is not comfortable with.or some foul play must have been detected.

He should try to start his own company as soon as possible, he surely a smart go getter but a greenhorn in terms of office politics. Intelligent and irrational junior staff is a threat to the seniors and mostly don't last within many establishment unless if they enjoy trust and unalloyed support of the management.

If the owner of the business is really American, then he later figured out that your friend did some shady things to get the certificate .

His firing is definitely justified. Cause he certainly endangered the business.

I know of some one to be specific my pastor son who work for Emzor pharmaceutical company but was persuaded by a new pharmaceutical company to work for them after my good offer. he resign from Emzor and work with them. After these new pharmaceutical company was approved and given lincess then there fired my pastor son because he was not useful again. dey needed him to get the lincess and approved pepper which he did. so not surprised.

It's a possible but improbable conclusion. There's definitely more to the story than what we see on the surface. Especially if the order came from the same management that commended him.
Another point one should note is that nothing is said about his overall performance at the company esp in relation to what he was hired to do. If he does another person's work well but fails at his own job, then he's on his own.

So if a school expels a student, it is God telling him that education is not in his plan for the student?

Taking your circumstance as a direct revelation of God's will is a plan to fail in life.

We seek God's plans actively through praying if you believe in God and not just by attempting to interpret your circumstance.

If he used any illegal means to acquire the certificate, the firm would have made it VERY CLEAR in his termination letter. They don't hide things like that.

You guys have obviously never worked in an office before.

If the firm is being shady about the termination details then its something that they cannot justify - like a higher up not comfortable with your friend's promotion or someone feels threatened by him.

I suggest your friend sues the firm and collect his entire salary for the years he signed with them since they breached the contract or they'll be forced to reveal the real reason behind his sack.

Either way, he wins.
