I only get fat when I sleep for about 12hrs daily for 2 weeks or more. And after I don't sleep for up to 10hrs for abt 1 week I will go back.

Be careful what you wish for. I used to be skinny but now I am planning to burn all the fat firstly, you sweat profusely. Your lap will almost be touching each other, you will be sweating underneath your scrotum and u have to constantly bath.

You stomach will protrude and when you sit in makes you uncomfortable.

TBH, it's not a good thing.

I have decided to reduce my food in take, starve my body necessary nutrients, do lots of jogging...

I used to play ball a lot but now I do not have the time to engage in such and that may have contributed to it.

Op have you heard of Apetemin, if you have not google it, if you can afford it within 2 weeks you will give testimony or better still go to Facebook and search for gain weight, you learn a lot there on how to gain weight and the type of exercise you will do that will help you gain weight.
