Hello Guys, its your favorite health blogger Paul Samuel FitnessDoctor

It's something else to flex out your youth and it is something to live out that youth even till old age... I remember talking about a 75 year old lady who looks just as good and O boy the men have something to learn...

Shellie Bo Talley is a 42 year woman who looks and dresses like a woman in her twenties. The only thing that gives her away is her grey hair.

Looking good is more than just six pacs and a great looking body, it is about the internal parts, living good and looking young... the things on the outside are just proof to the world that you are not only living healthy, but looking good too...

I have talked a lot about how Nigerians can live a healthier life and make more progress in their respective lifestyles through health information, but most people seem to take it for granted even though it does not take much of an effort...

Well, I hope this lady gives you one more reason to live healthier, people are dying out there everyday for no real reason and people who do take their health seriously don't get to be one of these people.

Actually I can only confirm her age and recent pic according to her police (criminal) record, but i am not sure about the younger girl. I have looked up some sources but all confirm her current age and looks. You can also search her name on google,

also i am not the no 1 fitness blogger, i have never said that and never will, i simply say that i am your favorite health blogger, not your best but just your favorite. I am so sorry for the bad reception you received and i hope to become your favorite health blogger someday if i am not already.
