Please don't be offended by my choice of words here because right now as type am in full tears and I hope to find my solution here.
My mun has been sick since 2006 to an unknown sickness and she is dying slowly. We have been to the best hospitals around Delta state (Ubth, Westend, Ogara. Just to mention a few) through out the time of this illness but they have been no out come or what so ever. We have visited the SCOAN on several occasions and almost all the churches around although we are roman Catholic but they have been no solution. We have also gone deep traditionally but we are really confuse right now. I have never seen something like this as am on tears now.

My mum is a devoted Christian and the best Mum Alive, but it seems God has forgotten about us. How will a good woman be on sick for so long? My dad is now feed up of the issue and I can smell it, that he has tried enough to revive her health but she wasn't married nor created like this.

My mum is a mother of 7 children and am the 1st child, I won't give up on her. I am ready to still go extra miles. We heard they are standard hospitals in jigawa so am currently doing a research on that now because this morning her breath is been ceased and she is excreting thick blood from her mouth through out the night.

Please Nairalander I will really appreciate if I can get any standard hospital here in Nigeria, or Any church that can attend to this issue or even a witch doctor because we have been to almost all the churches.

My friend, let me advice you, there is no point going to all sorts of churches or even going traditional. Since you said that you are a Roman Catholic, the best thing for you to do is to call a priest and the priest will give her Extreme Unction (very important just in case) . By the way, try and find a good hospital and lead her there. Don't lose hope and have patience, pray that God will forgive you for going to traditional places and that His will be done. Also remember to go chapel and talk to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament if you truly believe with all your heart. There is no point looking for Jesus everywhere when he is very close to you in the Blessed Sacrament. Also remember to pray your Rosary.

My dear, it's not in how churches you've been and slept in. Ur knowledge, understanding and believe of God's word that matter's. Arc Bishop Benson Idahosa in blessed memory can wake up from the and pray for you now and nothing will likely happen cos in the end it's ur faith in God and His word that counts. Carry the Bible, google scriptures on healing and God's promises and be reading them loud to your mum to build her faith, cos It's her faith that will make her whole. It will be well.

Pastors shouldn't ask you for money. Visit nearest Winners Church as advised, if you are in warri/effurun I suggest you guys visit the winners chapel in water resources.

Don't take your mum to such place again, no real man of God will ask for money before you can be bless or heal by God that i known, She will be heal today in Jesus name. Look for anyone that have this morning water and minister it to her and let her believe that God can use anything to heal and let her ask God for mercy and forgiveness first before you minister it. You can still use anointed oil, communion. Your mum is heal now in Jesus name. Amen

This was posted in the Health section, but the posters above are saying the OP should take his mum to a church for healing.

@OP: Share her actual lab test results if you can. Your mum needs immediate hospitalization and treatment, she doesn't need prayers. If you carry on taking her to pastors, you might end up losing her untimely. See a good clinician for immediate diagnosis.

On a side note to the people above saying you should continue taking her to pastors, you lot represent everything that's wrong with Nigeria. Your ignorance is at par with the corruption pervading the country. Keep on praying for your illness and watch the mortality rate of Nigerians continue to drop. If this patient dies as a result of the OP taking the advice of you lot, her blood will be on your heads.

pls... go to a good hospital and let her be diagnosed first.... don't go to churches and expect a miracle.... it is called a miracle because it is unplanned, unexpected.... try and seek proper medical assistance...

My brother am sorry for your mums illness...you haven't done one more thing....God said in the bible "put me to test and see me work wonders for you" since you are a staunch Catholic. Pls Make use of the Blessed Sacrament in the Holy of hollies which is chapel of adoration...luke 18:1 says "we ought always to pray and never loose heart"... My bro pls make use of the novena to our Lady of perpetual help. She will never forsake you...
