^^^ You didn't state the field you got your qualification from.

However, your chances is dependent on your occupation, the number of points you can gather and competitiveness of the occupation.

Irrespective of the occupation you choose, you will still end up with the same point.

However, considering the current high points for Engineering professions, I will advice you nominate civil engineering draftsperson for faster ITA.

Someone here recently received grant with the same occupation. Read the last five pages to know the person and liaise together on his job descriptions for vetasses.

Good morning e-family. As it has always been my habit(bad habit) I have always tended towards being a silent passive reader (I answer questions o because plenty people PM me and I answer o, lol guilty conscience is worrying me)

Anyway, I am first of all grateful to God and second, my biggest thank you goes to Bellong (May the Lord perfect all that concerns you in Jesus Name Sir).

To everyone who recently got their grant and ITAs, I say big congratulations to you all.

I want to also say a very big thank you to this e-family, without this forum, I probably won't be a PR visa holder today.

I have gotten my grant, for me, my husband and our son yesterday morning by 5.34 am. I will come back to put a detailed timeline but I lodged on the 18th of May (190 NSW Visa) on my Mum's birthday and at exactly 4 months, 18th of September, on my nieces' birthday, grant came. I am super thankful to you all and I am most grateful to God.

Thank you MamaJaz, Ucheylee, everyone really, everyone. Thank you and God bless!

PS: Please continue to ask me questions, I won't hesitate to answer or be of help.

How about you look through the first few pages of this thread. Many of your questions may have been answered there, then you can streamline your questions to specific ones.

Cheers.

Good evening family members and bro justwise. I noticed with dismay that our commander in chief hasn't been responding to us as soon as situations has been calling for. A further probe revealed to me that chief bellong has been banned by antispam bot for whatever reasons. Please, efam, help me join hands to beg bro justwise to release Oga ASAP. Holding him in ban is as awkward as putting a newly delivered mother under lock while the kid/ kids are blocked from gaining access to breastmilk.
My peeps from far and near comean kneel down to beg justwise oh. #unbanbellongnow#.

Hello everyone

I'm encouraged by some of the fantastic testimonies I've read on this thread.

I've got some questions regarding Australian migration For a Nigerian physiotherapist.

I want to know if anyone on here has scaled the hurdles successfully crossing over from here to Australia.

In addition to having three years work experience in physiotherapy, in my last one-year of work, I've worked as a massage therapist and gym instructor in addition to my physiotherapy work.

I'm considering my options to select the one that gives me the best chance of getting a pr into Australia.
Thanks

Oga Bellong, please i want to ask. I lodged an EOI for occupation 233911 (Aeronautical engineer) this month but with 60 points (maximum points i could salvage) sad . I however, have an Australian employer who's willing to nominate me. Is it possible to influence the skill select nomination under this circumstance, considering this statement below with regards to how SkillSelect works.

The 186 visa is a bit complicated , hence my question.

Under which visa do they want to nominate you?

Welcome back Sir

Well, they were asking if they could do that under the 189 visa subclass?

I think 186 visa subclass is the appropriate route. Will tell them to contact DIBP. Thank you

They can't nominate you under 189. They can do it under the 186 scheme.

When did you fill the EOI?

yh... i thought as much and read more about it. I submitted on the 9th of this month but with the invitation trend, i don't see any hope soon in the 189 category with 60 points sad sad sad. Will ask them to contact DIBP for the 186 scheme. Thank you
