Good day everyone,I applied for a professional programme in graduate diploma of educational leadership studies for fall 2018 to memorial university newfoundland,i payed the 120cnd application fee and even my professional and academic letter of appraisal have been received by them as they sent me a mail, just awaiting my transcript and other supporting documents to be sent to them, was even issued a mun number but I did not write it down anywhere.i. tried logging into my account few days back to see if my other documents have gotten to them but to my greatest surprise my application was wiped, and i wrote to them they demanded for my student number for reference which i did not copy Down.what might be the cause of the wiped application and how can i retrieve my mun number. Thanks

Thank you for your encouraging response, I guess it all boils down to my statement of purpose.

Yes, since you are single, don't have land or job, it will boil down to what you say in your statement of explanation to demonstrate ties that binds. And it will also boil down to what God's will for your life is. If you believe in the power of prayer and fasting, tis the time. VOs are nothing but minions of dispensing the divine will I believe.

Thank you once again. Aside tailoring my SOP to my passion for health care and probably letter of recommendations from reputable sources, what other suggestions do you have.

You nailed it, passion for healthcare in your Statement of Explanation and letter of recommendation from reputable sources. You might want to start an NGO right now for healthcare and register it with the CAC and enclose the approval with your application. Explain that you want to come back and run the organization. That would suffice as a job and demonstrate your ties to Nigeria.

Been like this for almost 3 weeks

@Egbon Justwise, I don't think the problem is with the website sir, I think people use 3rd party because the person requesting for GCMS must have a status in Canada. So I want to suggest we look for a way that can actually solve the problem. How can those already in Canada help people on this thread get GCMS? Or how can we simplify the process of requesting for GCMS? Please help us work on that sir.
If I say I should help, how many people will I be able to help.....? $5 is not a lot, but $5 x 10 becomes $50. And that's just for 10 people, so if there are 20 people, how do I choose those I wanna help without being labeled as being partial?

I'm just throwing this up to you sir and of course to other ppl on this thread. Please let's come up with good suggestions.

It is saddening that on such a forum like this, some evil people would still wanna take advantage of other people. It sure cannot be well with such people. Well, I'm waiting for ideas.

NB: By help, I mean free of charge. With no form of remuneration at all.

People have to sort that out themselves and find a way of paying for GCMS, we are not going to recommend anybody or any other website apart from the official one.

Trust no Nigerian with your money.

Hey,
You were denied visa cos of insufficient funds i may say.
You are required to show your tuition fee and an additional $10,000 in your sponsors bank statement.
Now, if your sponsor has these money in his account, he has to have more sufficient for his family after sending you to Canada to school.
Looking at the current exchange rate, i think you will need more than 5 million naira in your sponsors account.
thanks bro.

Hi everyone.

Can someone please give a quick review on UCW? Someone recommended it to me here a few weeks ago and I have been speaking with the school. However, I stumbled on some really negative press on the school from about 5 years ago (2012/2013). Is anyone studying there? What is their reputation like? Can it get you a good job in Canada?

Secondly, colleges and PGD/certificates in Canada? Are they worth it?

Background: I have to take one of these routes cos I has a 3rd class in Uni. I have over 12 years experience but I really want a masters in Finance. Doesn't seem likely with these grades. I am not keen on the EE route for two reasons: timing and I really want to study. Even if settlement is part of the plan.

Apologies for the length of this. Can the gurus please help?

Thanks!
