A man named LUKEMAN OWOLABI told the Ikole court in Ekiti state [Nigeria],that all the suit filled against him by her wife were all lies.

However the husband who denied beating his wife, told the court that his wife was the one beating him, saying ''she stronger than me.''
Owolabi, who said this marriage had produced six children o between ages6 -21years, urged the court to dissolve the union. Apart from the issue of constant beating by the wife and threat to life, the estranged couple also wanted the court to intervene in a landed property to ascertain the legitimate owner between them.

The wife, Easter, who operate a restaurant and bar in the town, claimed ownership of the land, while the husband insisted the land belong to him.
