Ogbono soup (my method)

I put my boiled meat, intestines, Ponmo, stock fish, goat meat, etc inside a pot with little of my meat stock(to avoid it being too salty) and ordinary water(depending on the quantity of ogbono I want to cook) . I add my Cameroon pepper as I want it, maggi & little salt to taste. I allow it to boil for the pepper to get into the meat. I then add palm oil as I want (for me not so much). I let it boil again. Then I add my already blended ogbono +crayfish + dry pepper (I love pepper) to the pot on fire, I stir as I add it & put more water if it's too thick ,leave for about 3 minutes then add my shredded ugwu leaves, leave for about a 2 mins. I turn off my cooker.

Hope it's clear a bit. there's another method of frying the ogbono but I can't remember it.

You tried just that it's supposed to be round like puff puff.
The only difference between plantain mosa and puff puff is the ripe plantains messed in it.

Next time make sure you have enough oil in your pot. It helps give it that round shape.

Ogbono soup (my method)

I put my boiled meat, intestines,there's another method of frying the ogbono but I can't remember it.

Your method is nice.
The other way of frying the ogbono which my mama teach me is to fry the smoothly blended ogbono first in palm oil. You put the palm oil on stove to start heating first on low heat then when it gets a bit hot (not too hot) you put the blended ogbono in the hot oil and stir. The oil should not be much to drown the ogbono, just to mix it evenly and change the color to red. After adding it you stir continously and mix the oil and ogbono in the pot till it gets the texture similar to fresh garri or untill it is smooth without lumps. Then add the fried ogbono to your meatstock before cooking with it. This method is to make sure there are no big, unscattered lumps of ogbono in your pot while cooking and after cooking the soup.

I had itchy skin too at a time,it was all over my body with swellings like mosquito bite sef. But mine was a reaction(according to my dr). Pls complain to a doctor /nurse si they can kmow the actual cause. Also dont use hot water to bathe it triggers itching

Funny enough the scalding hot water I bath with is what calms the itching for some hours. Yes, I intend to see the dr tomorrow thanks, altho the man dey make me vex.
