The institution of marriage is to some extent being bastardised by celebrities.
Marriage takes compromise, serious compromise, it aint easy to live with the same person forever, as humans diminishing returns set in.

So it takes maturity and patience. But some celebrities don't have that, not only celebrities though, some humans generally don't have that. But since celebs are popular the populace keep getting fed with one divorce story after another.

I don't blame them though. I guess the media has a part to play as they circulate negative stories 10times positives.

You think you have a point, but you must all understand that life cannot be judged via one pattern and what works for Peter will not work for Paul. You cannot judge other people's situations based on yours, you cannot tell people how to feel or how to react when they feel a certain way.

Everybody has their own life, their own philosophy, even people who come from the same family grow up and have different perspectives in life, how much more those from different backgrounds?

Marriage fails because marriage is against the laws of nature. The Creators of mankind as a specie never intended for us to separate from the natural ways that animals behave in terms of sex and relationships. I guess we humans are ashamed to recognize that we are living in animal bodies. Then we start inventing things like marriage and money and destroy nature just to feel that we are superior to nature.

Marriage is not a happy place mostly, because it was not supposed to be. And Timi is right, if you must be married. Make sure you are complete and also make sure the person you marry is complete. It is the incompleteness that longs to be loved. No complete man or woman feel insecure about the partner.

Sex is natural gift, and the puberty is nature's sign of saying 'Get yourself some orgasm and release the hormones into your blood' and evolve.

Sex has no place in the list of religious sins, but they are sure to control people like zombies. The Creative power of sex, when properly harnessed becomes the catalysts for great creativity.

If it's verbal violence from the lady will make the man become physically violent, she should stop it. To everyone condemning Timi's post, i hope you all understand english cus if you do you would understand what he meant when he said "two complete people" its not a partners problem if the other partner is not matured enough to handle issues but if you are both mature enough you will know how to sit down and sort things before it gets out of hand. So i think what bros Timi meant was that most people just rush into marriage just because they want to get married even those that are not ripe enough to handle the hurdles of marriage and when they get in they start looking for the nearest exit point to quit which is not right. The truth is, a popular or famous man ought not to get married in the first place or if he must marry, he should be allowed to marry at least 3 women of his desire if not, cheating must abound because women all over the world love famous and rich men and are ready to do anything to trap a rich or famous man, unlike men who somehow don't fancy rich women, except male gigolos and nodowells.
