We really can change things...thank God for the blessing of internet and forums like this this. We don't even need money to achieve this, all we need is mobilization and we are good to go.

Stop supporting the same old people that have been ruining Nigeria. they have nothing good to offer to us. To them, politics is a business to enrich themselves.

We will work to make politics less rewarding financially so that thieves will stop going into politics to make money.

I'm 110% in support. I'm Igbo by tribe. for me, the Biafra dream is dead if the youths can take power and rocket us higher to where we aught to be. Yes you are right @lindabon. We are still at the collation stage. The list of all intended representatives will be entered into MS Excel and uploaded here. Also statistics and other indices will be submitted here for all members to see. After this each geopolitical zones will be given the opportunity to select in form of votes their representatives. Suggestions are welcome

I think @ourchoice should take it to the 1st page of the thread so all can see it. But we also need one that other selected members can administer and supervise to ensure transparency. Is this possible?

We are using origin because we want to select representatives that are actually from each geopolitical zones. This is because we need the grassroot penetration to actually move this party forward. Maybe in future NYRP will see the need of using state of residence. Thanks for the observation.

It's not always going to be easy. We all this and chose to go this path. The only path to redefining who we are as a people and as a nation. Long before now even the intellectual community has postulated that the characteristic disposition of the rulling class as well as institutional and administrational dymention does not by any means support substancial transformation or departure from existing status quo.

As a young political scientist since early 2000, just like many other Nigerians. i have been exposed to some highly proficient ideas. ideas that could help transform this country without taking out anybody. policies that would easily facilitate development within the shortest time possible giving the available human and other resources.

It is therefore disapointing to see that the contry is developmentally heading east when the whole world is heading west. walking backword when the world around us is walking forword.

IT IS TIME FOR US TO MATCH FORWORD TOGETHER IN UNITY OR PERISH IN FALSE HOPE.

Now my contribution.

From my own observation.The problem of Nigerian is cause by the faulty foundation upon which this country stands on .The country is standing on the wrong structure..it is standding on suppress aggrieves various ethnic group who are still bitter and
and suppressed by the faulty Nigerian system. For us to make progress and to remove all sense of bitterness and mistrust among Nigerians ..We must first of all heal the land.Yes,,we might want to sweep all the massive injustice done by one tribe against other tribes in past which is the reason why there is this unfinished flow of hatred, mistrust and bitterness in the land.in your new Nigeria..there must be room for healing and restitution..
There should be an avenue for offenders to to reconcile with aggrieves ethnic group for conciliation....if not this hidden atrocities will always raise their urgly head no matter how we try to rebrand Nigerians. After this healing process..any substituent atrocities committed by a group of people against another group where there is lose of lives must face a persecution for justice for the aggrieve group.
Thirdly, competence ; efficiency and upright moral code should stand tall as one of the party's first requirement in selecting Nigerian leaders .This must be considered first before other factors such as tribal and religion.

Last and not the least..Religion should be made silent in the affairs of government. let the everyone practice their religion which ever way deem fit privately and should not be made to interfere with government activities..religion has brought more death,confusion and division in Nigeria than any other factor. Nigerian Lives should be made supreme and every Nigerian should be treated with fairness and justice at all time. I think this will do for now.my one coin
