Truth is, its very low considering that it means each person in Nigeria uses 2 cds a year. Considering that some people have sex five times a week, we are not protecting our selves well. Even if u have only ten million people having sex then it means each of them uses forty condoms a year. Most of our youths have sex more than forty times in six months alone.
