400million is too small. This shows that unprotected sex is still on the high side. let's assume there are over 200million people in Nigeria out of which 150million people are sexually active but only 100 sexually active niggas use condom. How many condoms do u think will be used a day?? do the calculation.
Nigerians aren't using condom as they should.

Means 100 Million Sexual activities yearly , distributed by 40 Million people again means every sexually active Nigerian has sex using a condom at least 800 times annually....
