Which SMS notification? I never said I received any SMS. Kindly refer back to my initial complaint. You asked me to email you the IMEI of my 4G Mifi which I did, not aware of the SMS you are referring to....

I now bought another 5 gig from power hq online data resellers..but since then..when an browsing..am been deducted from my 5 gig I bought which lasts till febuary instead of my remaining normal monthly subscription which expires in few days time..

Please can u help me rectify it so that my subsequent data deductions will be from my soon to expire 219 mb instead of the 5 gig I bought...thanks
