Oh God. please let them also boycott the Anambra gubernatorial elections.

Let them unwittingly fall into their own trap.

Even if you boycott or not somebody must be declared a winner.
Let us stop hurting ourselves thinking that we are hurting others.
Ipob claim that they are emulating Catalonia and Iraq Kurdistan. Is it like this that they did theirs.
We are in 2017 and,not 1950.If you boycott elections thinking that you are sending a message to Un, You are only hurting yourselves because someone will stil be declared the winner and, will still rule us even if we like it or not.
Good one

dont mind the dumbb eddiots , what they dont realize is that even politicians dont want them to come out too much so that they will be able to rig , when ppl participate fully in electioneering process , it makes it difficult for politicians to rig.
now whether they like it or not , the result of today elections is binding on the state. if bad people are elected in today , the people will suffer terribly and many will die of hunger again . their boycott of the elections WILL NOT BRING BACK KANU and NEITHER INVALIDATE THE ELECTION .
it is better for ppl to get this into their thick skulls that KANU WILL REMAIN MISSING FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND NIGERIA WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST.
can we now say majority of Igbo's are IPOB?

You are free to boycott but don't complain about your local government chairman tomorrow if he is not working. That will amount to gross stupidity on your part.
Seconded

But what have you people done, absolutely nothing.

Foolishness in the highest order.
This was how Mossob ask you guys the boycott the last census and majority of your people did and you were under counted and today we are still together and you guys are shouting maginalization.

The truth is that much money was not involved because it was a local government election and don't think it will be like this come November 18.

Illiterate is a disease. See as people are rejoicing their downfall. If you like vote or not vote someone will be picked to take that position. As Anambra case whether you vote or not a governor must emerge and you have no choice than to accept him in good faith. Tell me who is wise here?

That's not the point...... all the ones we have bn voting in before what's the result?

The point here is that regardless of the intimidation and clampdown IPOB is still walking their talk.....and no one knows what more they can do....

Don't know why we are so foolish in this country. A lot of people went to school but are Uneducated. Nigerians don't vote in LGA elections because we all know the results. Infact some states like Osun have not conducted one in 7years. Since we are all being stupid, let me congratulate IPOB on the successful boycott of Lagos LGA elections. Bunch of Scallywags

That is exactly what they will do. That's what happens to impulsive, emotional people incapable of rational thinking. I remember as a secondary school student, reading about MASSOB's campaign to boycott the 2006 census exercise. The South East census wasn't a smooth exercise and there were accusations after of having been undercounted. This accusations came from many of the same clowns that promoted a census boycott. Uwazuruike and MASSOB later expressed regret at the mooronic boycott. This case is no different. And the clowns will think their stewpidity is somehow affecting Nigeria rather than they themselves that will still come out tomorrow to cry "marginalization".
afonja, what did you benefit from a census that claimed that Kano has more population than Lagos? u pple re just hopeless hypocrites. no wonder tanko yankassai said that Igbos should not be deceived by you pple.
