My tuition was 7k per semester so I fill 7000,

I left room and board empty. I didn't understand it

i filled my mum and uncle as sponsor in the others column.

NB: there was letter of support and notarized affidavit for both sponsor

Osemigho: I guessed right. That is where you blew it. Although you had full scholarship, you mentioned your school and your bro as your sponsor. Too bad your bro balance was too low to afford fees and upkeep. Next time, write "Full Scholarship" only in that place and put your room and board at 8,000 while others can be 4,000. All in all ensure what you write in room and board plus others is 10,000 and above. You can then get a letter of support from your brother and his account balance read 700K -1M.

Hi. No I did not pay my tuition fee and it's not a must to pay your tuition fee before you apply for your TRV. If you feel paying your tuition will aid the approval of your visa, please feel free to do so.

The letter I submitted was addressed to the consular. But the statement said I should be able to have financial resources to pay tuition fees without having to work in Canada.I am thinking to pay tuition fees and reapply but I contacted my supervisor he said I should wait a bit that he will do something.

I haven't come across such on this forum, many that were approved declared their first year tuition fees + living expenses(10,000CAD).

Please enlighten the house on this, because I don't understand.

The question asked on the form IMM1294E is how much is available to you for your studies (room and board and other expenses). The question is not what is available to you for your first year of studies. So yes for the entire years of studies is what is been asked and should be indicated.
