I guess you failed to attempt the test before Tuesday (today) as stated in the mail. Some of those that wrote it this morning said the deadline was slated for 5am today. You can forward them a mail as regards this though. Seems there's a contact address ( carmen.duffy@accenture.com ) on the mail SHL sent.

Good to know I was of help. I initially mailed Carmen but I saw I was on a long thing when I got the automated mail that She was out of office. That made me to do extra work in finding out how to contact shl directly.

There is a verification test afterwards. Some people may have gotten other people to write the test for them so they make you take the test in supervised conditions to ascertain the veracity of your test scores. If you don't do as well as you did before, it could lead to disqualification.
