Dear Lady, can you go back to your village and start farming? Farming is not bean and take a long time to even start one. The government have failed miserably because they cannot even provide common jobs to school grad. So these men are doing what they can do to survive. they are not robbing a bank, , just earning a honest wage even though they can be a nuisance on the road tongue

What the police are doing is totally different from the Law they are now arresting bike on the street contrary to the Law even the law permits 200cc motorbike and above to ply state roads.
Ambode need to caution these people because they are now using it for their selfish interest. In my area yesterday Police in Pedro police station will arrest them and release them after payment of N5,000.
