Hey guys. went to uber office in maryland yday to extend my driver's license, was given 24hrs to be active only to see 'rejected'. what could have warranted such message and what am i expected to do?. please i need ur counselling.

try reuploading your license perhaps it's not clear enough.

Communicate before you drive to pick up rider... Why drive far to pick up rider? the rider may cancel if ur eta took longer than expected... I don't go for long pick ups unless am the only driver in that neighborhood...

Funny enough..the one that trips me is when riders will call and be shouting "where are you" only for you to be in front of their location..lol

They are always like that, but i always stay calm and respond professionally. And when they see my calm look they automatically become calm too, some bring up gist unnecessarily, especially after seeing my twin koboko and bold airforce sticker. Lol
