However, the recent happening and crying-out loud regarding tithing is due to the fact that, the christian world which is the body of Christ has turned herself to money making ventures. Otherwise look at the happening in this country with such mess, corruption,killings, political struggles, hatred, courtism, hunger and dejection that stares the populace in the face yet, non of this 'Men of God' seem to care! Rather it's Tithe which do not guarantee you the kingdom of whether you are a committed tither or not.
Now Malachai was emphasizing the need to care for the poor in God's house.. 'So that there will be meat'! How many churches do this? Rather built Schools and put high school fees, with the argument that, it's expensive to maintain. The question is are you the one maintaining it? If we are really sincere, the poor can't afford that school fees, it's still those that have filthy hands and politicians that's going to pass through them.So, we are still in one circle. For those who do not read the word of God;listen up, Joshua 1 vs 7-8, Deu 28 vs 1-14, Deu 8 vs 1-14, Exo 23 vs 25-26. Needless to bore you more in the New Testament because every word Jesus spoke was back with power and blessing as the spirit gave utterances.

I strongly bliv in tithe... only if this ugly trend changes... instead of enriching someone I can't even get to meet one on one .... once upon a time, they used to claim that God will punish people with hardship all sorts of evil if u don't pay tithe. A revered pastor of the biggest church in Nigeria even said we won't go to heaven if we don't pay tithe. Now that freeze and Dr Abel damina have come out with biblical truth about tithing, they are saying nobody forced anybody to pay tithe....why all the lies. See there are some basic natural laws and principles that if obeyed (by anybody) will give the expected results. I'm sure you have heard of the law of cause and effect. This is what the law of sowing and reaping is "obeying". Your giving (either tithes or alms) obeys these laws too if done properly (this will need another long explanation).

So don't be deceived by some "pastors". Most people giving tithes in churches are doing it the wrong way, probably in the wrong place and almost always for the wrong reasons. That’s why it worked selctively because at times the giver gets the steps right. Everything is govern by laws. All these "men of God" know this and they are exploiting it!
