I hope you are not telling him to do that on a one meter dish, it won't work. On a small dish, it's the same as he will still use 3w as primary because you 'must' attach 7w on top, if you make 7w as primary the LNBF holder won't allow you to attach 3w below. Basically, this is the only way to have it both of them on a 90cm or 1m dish, 3w as primary and 7w as secondary on top of 3w.
But on a big dish like yours, attachment can work on top or beside because big dish has bigger circumference, so if you attach by the side there will still be enough room to catch the sat unless the sats signal doesn't have room to spare.
Eg: A TP like Sony on 68e does not have room to spare on a 1.8m dish, so if you shift sideways, even if it's millimeters, the sat will disappear but it's not so with HBO because it has stronger signal. The same applies in all kinds of satellite installations.
This same reason is why side attachment for very strong signal will work on a big dish and unlikely or almost impossible on a small dish.

Thanks for the enlightenment. Actually I tried it on 90cm dish but did not succeed. Also I didn't notice the 'e' after the 7. I tot he meant 7W which is also not possible with 90cm dish.

Try tracking mbc 7 west first with the tp 11559 v 27500 directly opposite dst*, on hitting green then input 11088 h 30000 and move the dish slightly up and to the left while standing at the back of your dish to hit green for tstv.

@abourboateng, pls can you tell sammer not to just be rolling out software since it is just the alogerithm that does change, it is better they create .key file, once you run it on your decoder it will automatically edit it in the decoder database, instead of installing software all the time, and this will make it easy for us for a long time, if it continues like we install about 24 different versions of software in a year, and that we reduce the life span of the decoder.

I think sammer and wizikid know what they are doing, they tested it and the know that it is not going to work on these said decoders and they release it in order to frustrate us and push us to buy their latest decoder, I don't blame them, I only blame many of our graduate who graduated as a computer scientist and become a liability to us, we can consume but we can't produce, what a pity!!!!!!

However strong receivers are closed source receivers...there source codes are not shared with the public...Disadvantage of closed receiver like strong.. you only have few people modifying S/W..

If you only know the effort this guys make before they get files from strong company to prepare a software , you wouldn't say what you are saying just relax in due time the software will come out.

7. Yamal 504@55e movies and sometimes football
8. Intelsat 20@68.5 e religious package
