Billyonaire:If you go to the bank and see a Teller with such a tatoo, will you give such a Teller your money? Or if you see a doctor with such a tatoo, will you let him operate on your wife or kids or even you. Appearance says it all. That is why international fraudsters (not hungry yahoo boys) dress corporately. |

Billyonaire:There's no need for this diatribe. Putting a tattoo on the neck is not acceptable in a corporate environment. It's as simple as that. Of course, the memory of his grand parent should be respected. There are other less conspicuous parts he could have put tge tattoo and not the neck. I guess there are jobs that wouldn't mind such tattoos. He can be an IT professional, or field engineer, etc. Corporate environments have ethics. |

Billyonaire:A tattoo this open makes you look irresponsible. You have your own views but public opinion matters a lot. In japan, only gangsters wear tattoos...what impression would you have your japanese customers think of your business peradventure you have a global business? You are saying people should be judged according to their character and not appearance. Biko go attend a bank interview with torn jeans or in a bikini swimsuit. You just have to be reasonable, tattoos are fashionable in one line of business, they are not in others. |

Billyonaire:Everybody, including you judges by outward appearances, without such prejudgement, we can't function normally as we would be preoccupied with analysing noises instead of solving real problems. If you have left your home this morning, you have screened at least one person based on appearance alone. Nigerians refuse to read, hence they have refused to grow mentally, which is why we end up with idiots in politics and other areas of life. This is fallacious, growing mentally has nothing to do with accepting deviants. Who ever begins to respect dissent view will witness a new lease of life. This is false, any view that is currently not tolerated and accepted can be said to be dissenting. Such views include those that may be harmful, dangerous and self-sabotaging. A view does not magically become valuable because it is dissenting. When a person chooses a non-popular path, they should be ready for the accompanying backlash because actions have consequences. |

Billyonaire:I don't have issues with tattoos, but if you know that the society you live in can use because of tattoo to deny you your future job, then if you remain tattooless, you will not die, you will not be sick, you will not go mad, people with contrary opinions about tattoo won't see you awkward, rather you will even increase your chances of securing a job in corporate world. I have never seen a job that discriminate against being tattooless, even clubhouse, brothel, artiste jobs et Al, but I have seen countless jobs that discriminate tattoo wearing. Being tattooless doesn't make you less human, in fact it improves your acceptability everywhere you go around the globe. Ronaldo is a world class professional footballer, he is tattooless and it has never stopped him from being recognised neither has his tattooless body prevented him from playing less of a football nor reduced his brand or popularity in his career. The problem in this world is ourselves; you know that some societies discriminate against tattoos, you know that some jobs discriminate against tattoos yet you still spend that hard currency of yours in getting expensive tattoos and still blame societies for not giving you job because of your tattoos. Some at a point in their lifetime even start regretting their tattoos. Why then carve for yourself what you don't even know if you will regret later. Tonto Dike today turned a controversial pastor and she had spoken about her regrets about her tattoos. Many times I see that people don't actually know what they want for themselves, it is just like those days in secondary school when youthful exuberance was at its peak, the school will demand normal straight cut trousers for the senior students, some instead of wearing the required trousers, they will rather convert theirs to palazzos just to remain awkward. Finally, we should just be careful with ourselves, especially on some of our carefree actions that can simply jeopardise our own future. Just like killing yourself by yourself |

@Billyonaire,did you see my pointer to the fact that the management of these companies/businesses may not have hired him because of the nature of their businesses and the fact that they must be conservative because they service the public...more like there are members of the public like you who may not frown at it but there may also be other client who may be disturbed by the overall visual of the tattoo...now that is isolating some customers, like a put off which relatively is bad for business. They are opened to cater to their clients not uphold the memory of a prospective employee's relative...get my drift? Now what has 9j people and reading got to do with it?mind you this was not in Nigeria, btw if there are discerning people and you have idiots like you attest in politics or wherever heading it over people like you, does that not make your likes (whatever that means) bigger idiots?its a diverse world. There are places his diversity will be appreciated, definitely not in the board room or with kids etc
