There is one thing about this Pre-selection: it wasn't based on test scores.
Of the two people that were important to me, one was selected.

Those that applied last year were not much, so almost all of them get selected. Only few were rejected, that was I the complaints were much then. A lot of people were skeptical about the project last year which lead to a lot of people not applying. But this year, over a million applied and only 300k were to be selected, so definitely the rejects will be much this time and also the complaints

You guys should stop thinking that npower is being biased and chose more of northerners , that is false cos no northerner will be selected to come and teach in South or East. Many northerners I have check for were also not selected. I think it is like a game of chance. I too was not also selected despite that I am so sure of getting at least 95%.
More than a million people applied, and only 300k were selected, meaning that over 700k will not be selected. So definitely there is going to be complaints here and there.

Over 2 million applicants. Selection wasn't based solely on test performance, I'm sure of that. Just quota per state.

I can't say they are biased. Despite doing the main test and STEM test, I wasn't selected. Even I saw the list before it was removed, I searched for my name, "Olayiwola" no Olayiwola was displayed. Best of luck to everyone selected, for those that aren't selected it is not the end of the world.

Southerners are not any better. Just that what we want is a new Nigeria. I can remember Youwin under Jonathan where Bayelsa state with 8 local governments had number of beneficiaries that were more than four states in the South West combine together. Aviation recruitment was not different under Stella Oduah.
