Thats why you have to do your research yourself, many good schools like Virginia Tech, Michigan Tech, Oklahoma State, Ohio State and Northwestern University still allow unofficial transcript for Engineering courses. Go on Google and get to work.

Well, it depends on the school. If the school wants it directly sent to them, then you have no other option. Some schools want it directly mailed to them from the get-go before they give admission, while some schools like UMD or UTEP will accept scanned copies online for admission purposes and if admitted UMD will have you mail in an official copy from your undergrad university to them to finalize your admission while for UTEP, they don't need an actual physical copy after being admitted. All they need you to do is show them the physical copy of the scanned one you uploaded for admission after you arrive and that satisfies the requirement. While some schools don't want any thing direct but want WES evaluation instead.

In the end it depends on the school you are applying to. So you have to select your schools and know their criteria as regards transcripts and work accordingly to what they want.

You should not have an ish with that, no money is free, you have to work for it. $32000/year is like $2600/month. Let's say after tax you get to take $2300 home. If you are not the extravagant spender, you should be able to save $1000 monthly. In a year you get to save minimum of $10000. In 4yrs of Phd you get to save $40,000, that is enough to give a head start to any sensible person. So my friend, even if they want to collect one arm from you, it's worth it lol. What if you get in Virginia tech that pays about $4000, you should be willing to give a kidney if the program demands for it.lol

Hopefully we would get there, I'm still doing Ms and it's just 18k/ year. We have to balance home and abroad, and accommodation has been swallowing a large part of my stipend. Seeking for options and roommates like!!!!!

Every dollar!!!!!!!!!. To the extent of filing the receipt of the gatorade we take on the field. There is a proper process and protocol for everything, it's hard for anything to just pass underneath although the "20 hour a week" thingy is a scam, we work way more than that

The 20 hour work week rule isn’t a scam, there are only so many ICE agents. They expect you to have the integrity to adhere to the law without being monitored. The day you’re caught though, there is no begging and no amount of fasting and prayer will save you.

Can I use this sevis ID to complete the Ds 160 and book a date or I should wait for the school to send d new one. Also do I need to do sevis payment bfr booking interview date..

Were you told by the IA that your sevis number may change? If you're just assuming, it's better you ask your IA. Sevis number rarely change after I-20 update.
