Sadly, Marvel movies always outclass DC movies: better storylines, better production, better effects, better costumes, a more realistic sci-fi scenery etc. But DC comics and cartoons are the best ever. DC movies have just not been up to par, and quite frankly have been ruining the legendary franchise. Now, i’m more excited about watching a Hulk movie or Avengers movie than watching another stale Batman movie or even a Superman or Justice league. DC really needs to go back to the drawing board on how solid superhero movies are done. Marvel is really winning. Ordinary Agents of the Shield will beat all DC movies hands down for a more engrossing play.

You've just shared my opinion. Marvel movies are always lit, but Dc comic movies are just awesome. I prefer wonder woman comic movie to the normal movie which was a poor representation of the comic movie.

Same with suicide squad. The comic movie is better. Not to mention Batman's comic movies like Under the red hood, Bad blood and The Killing joke.

DC have low public appeal nothing special, there heroes r unrealistically over powered making it difficult for them to engage in a physical combact, they only end up showing brute strength which is so boring to watch.

Marvel rules it for me right now cos even the defenders and dare devil is grt to watch.

DC needs to do more on there characters probably reduce the over powering.

Did you notice how useless Aquaman is? They included him in the Justice League 2017 movie and instead of stepping up their rep, it dragged them further down. That Cyborg guy is not any better.

Thor Ragnarok is much better than Justice League 2017 even though the story was a bit of a cliche.

Even though I stopped watching much action series, I have watched or tried to watch all Marvel and DC series and the only Marvel series that ain't wack are Daredevil, agents of shield and the Punisher. The rest are hot smoking turds. The only DC movie that is rubbish is Supergirl, legends of tomorrow became better in season two after a shitty first season.



As for cinematic universe, we all know that Marvel makes better movies than DC because the Marvel movies encompass all the storyline attributes for a success while DC gives shitty storyline and loads of action.

At the end there's no gap and it boils down to personal preference.

In the cinema Marvel beats DC hands down. However, Marvel is not there yet when it comes to series but DC isn't fantastic in that aspect of TV either.

Marvel's Inhumans is just horrible. I managed to swallow the 45-minute pilot and gave up on the series completely. That's as bad as they can get.

But despite this egregious example, Marvel's series tell better stories than DC's. I gave up on Legend of Tomorrow after a few abysmal episodes. Gotham, despite starting well 3 years ago, has no direction whatsoever. The Flash is the only one I still watch till date.

Marvel at the moment is trying out new ideas in the sphere and I won't be surprised if they win that area too in the next few years.

What comic relief? The "I'm rich" scene is the only one I find comical in the whole movie. And Superman saves the day as usual. So very unexpected.

They should also kill Aquaman off. It will do Aquaman and DC a whole lot of good.

Marvel's universe is well coordinated and well written and it takes years to develop....while DC just rush so that they can also be like marvel and have a big universe but most of the movies are crap..excluding wonder woman.while watching batmsn vs superman..I slept off that is how boring that sh*t is. ..

DC began comics before Marvel did, and DC has better storylines and production in comics and cartoons, but Marvel just somehow has been making better movies than DC since maybe after Christopher Reeves’ Superman but then in the new millennium, with the new Spider-Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Avengers movie productions, they just skyrocketed well above DC movies, and still on top till today.

It seems that you are new to these kind of Movies. Well here is why stopped Batman's parents were killed by a gunman (criminal) and that is why he became a vigilante to stop criminals. Now the name of Batman's mother is Martha. So when Superman said "Lex Luthor has Martha" Batman was struck.

They became friends because they discovered they have been played by Lex Luthor, he took Martha and told Superman to kill Batman or Martha dies and he convinced Batman that Superman could one day turn on them because Superman thinks he is a God. Superman never wanted to kill Batman and that is why Batman was able to beat him.

jason momoa shld not have played aquaman, batman might even be better for him, DC failed in character development.

I remember way back in the early 90s when i used to buy comic books. It was very hard to get a Marvel comic those days because it was hot on the stand, while DC was everywhere.
Marvel has more popular superheroes in Ironman, Hulk, Thor, XMen, Spiderman...The only popular ones in DC are Superman, Batman and Wonderwoman...and maybe Catwoman.

I think DC has closed the gap between them now.
