Yes it's ver possible.
With your history you may want to quickly do a PT and see your Gynae as soon as possible to run a hormonal profile test on you so you can be placed on progesterone if there's need for it.
Causes of early miscarriage are much and include but not limited to
Hormonal
Chromosomal
Stress
Forced abortion due to eating some contraction inducing food or drinks
Abnormal pregnancy (chemical pregnancy, blighted ovum, molar pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy etc)
Rhesus factor

So see your doctor as soon as you test positive.

That is how our South Eastern sisters didn't give us any food yesterday ( apart from Iya Ekene's Ogbono and Okra combo).
We will officially open the floor for them next Saturday because they can't just escape it... Not with the plenty delicacies they're known for.... Mba
So next Saturday is South East Kitchen Day.

Let's not forget today is MHC day, we begin by 12 noon with review from October and a Pep Talk.

I hardly cook on Saturday's please no vex. I promise to cook oha soup on Tuesday and post on Saturday tongue

Ofe Akwụ(banga soup

Ingredients:
3derica Akwụ (palmfruit).
1kilo frozen turkey (you can use ponmo, chicken, meat, fish e.t.c,).
3cubes of knorr.
Salt.
Fresh pepper.
Crayfish.
Scent leaf(nchaanwu)
4onion bulbs.
2small sizedAzuokpo(dried catfish).
Okpei (iru/castor seed according to google tongue

).

Preparations

1:Wash the palmfruit(I always wash, dunno the process it passed through before I bought). Cook it till is soft and can easily be pounded. Extract the oil from the palmfruit(I extract the first using normal water, pound it again, put it back in the bowl and use hot water to extract the final product)
2: Wash the turkey with salt, season it with chopped onion, one knorr cube and lil salt with little water (not too small) and cook till done.
3: wash & cut the scent leaf(any size you like). It gives the soup a sweet aroma. Cut the onions and set aside.
4: Pound the Okpei/Crayfish/pepper together(you can grind) and set aside.
5: Wash the Azuokpo(dried catfish) with salt and soak with hot water(to kill those longerthroat living things)

Cooking Directions

1: Set the pot of palmfruit extract on fire and cook at high heat. Cook till it thickened to the consistency that you like.
2: Add the cooked turkey. Sieve out the water from the soaked dried fish and add it to the soup.
3: Add the chopped onion, pounded Crayfish/pepper/okpei, salt and knorr cube to taste. And allow to boil very well.
4: Add scent leaf and allow to cook for some mins.

Serve with rice and e.t.c
