you are misleading. i know that area and i oncd lived there. he, the governor once used to meet with teblig (nomadic Muslim groups) there. he obviously passed by the residents when they dont know he'll be passing and he remembered he lived up to 5 years in that area as a young boy.
i learn he even schooled there shortly.

Where this man is failing is in the area of salary payment to Osun employees but in terms of infrastructure and Education, I would score him 7.5/10.
